Wonderful experience. Staff behavior good. Nice hotel Excellent hotel with very well behaviour staff,good location ,1 kilometres from railway station, restaurant &good quality excellent,carring staff , awesome hotel, the hospitality are service is good,best hotel in the city

location is very close to railway station breakfast there is no idly and takes minimum 30 minutes for room service. Food plates are not cleraed and remains in the corridor whole day and next day morning. TV suddenly stopped working

Average rooms, breakfast was supposed to start at 7. 30 am. Was never ready before 8. 15 amicable connection wasn't available and it took them 5 hours to start it

Very very bad food service and no one is responding for room service and nothing quality rooms. Even extra bed charging high price. Very very pathetic service in receptionists
