Breakfast selections should be improved. There was no variety. Coffee & tea should at least be available 24 hours.

The kitchen utensils were not available, therefore was not possible to prepare food when we planned to do so.

I booked this hotel primarily because it advertised breakfast and a shuttle to the airport however there was no shuttle to the airport

Property was not very clean, there were no paper napkins or glasses in the room. Towels looked worn out

The room had a smell pretty concentrate and it shouldn’t list “breakfast included” because they just have coffee, protein bars and muffins available and that’s not a BREAKFAST!

Breakfast included or so it said. Breakfast was muffins and a granola bar. nothing else was available

The grab and go breakfast was the same every day muffin, tea , coffee, yogurt

The place is very close to shops and delicious places to eat, the room was clean, comfortable, the AC was on automatic and felt like it lasted longer off than on and I felt hot during the night, but the service was good - normal , the room has a kitchen and a large refrigerator, the bathroom is clean, the area is good, it is in a corner on an entire avenue. Mainly, the only thing I didn't like was the type of people staying at that time who spoke very harshly and you could hear absolutely everything in the hallway, men who didn't seem safe at the main entrance smoking and with a very bad appearance.
