Der Service war gut aber das Hotel war mitten in einer Sanierung. Die Gardienen waren schmutzig und der Boden ebenso darauf sollte man achten.

1人部屋で快適に過ごせました。お値段以上でした。レストランだけでなく近くにマクドナルドやケンタッキー、バーガーキングもあるので安くご飯をすませる事もできます。

Perfecte ligging, tegenover het centrum van Dortmund. Dit is de enigste wat goed aan dit hotel is.
Personeel is niet servicegericht. Bij het boeken hebben we een babybedje gereserveerd, die hebben we na 2 keer vragen niet gekregen; klein lampje bij de receptie gevraagd maar niemand is geweest om deze te brengen. Parkeergarage was vol, zeiden ze. We moesten voor €35 een plekje zoeken in de dichtbij zijnde parkeergarage. De kamer had vreselijke rioollucht. Slechte bedden en kussens. Ontbijt was niet vers. Het is een hel!

Ich weis echt nicht wo ich anfangen soll, Das Hotel ist die reinste Katastrophe!!!
Außer die Lage des Hotels ist alles schlecht!
Das Zimmer hat nach alten Socken gestunken.
Der Fernseher ging nicht.
Überall lagen Haare rum.
Flecken auf der Gardine musste es mit Tempo Tüchern anfassen 🤢🤮
Und die Krönung war das plötzlich ein unbekannter in meinem Zimmer stand. Mit der selben Zimmer Karte der Herr hat sich zwar mehrmals entschuldigt wobei es auch nicht seine Schuld war sondern des Hotels! Keine Organisation kein System!
Nie wieder!!!!
