Position very far from town, difficult to found.
New building not finished , no concierge present an evening and night, only at the phone.
Room wide and pretty, but with problem at heating.

Overall this hotel was very nice. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with a great kitchen space. It was extremely difficult to find the entrance, which was very poorly marked. The food/restaurant options on site were very limited and extremely expensive.

Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft. Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gute Parkplatzsituation.
Leider etwas zu warm in den Gängen und in dem Räumen. Und das Frühstückangebot könnte etwas mehr sein. Aber die tolle Ausstattung (Sitzgelegenheit, Tische & Co.) machen auch das wett. An sich sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Zuerst klappt das checkin nicht 15 min in der Warteschlange mit 4 telefon. dann kommen wir in ein Zimmer das benutzt war. Zum Glück kam gerade eine Reinigungskraft die dann oh wunder sofort den Chef am Telefon hatte. Es wurde dann auch alles gereinigt aber im Bad hing ein Badetuch mit Make-up Flexken

Très bon séjour un bémol pour l’absence de réception sur place mais c’est le principe de cet établissement
Un point très positif pour le restaurant en annexe avec un personnel très sympathique qui compense de son mieux les lacunes de l’hôtel alors qu’ils sont indépendants merci en particulier à Cristina

Die Übermittlung des Zimmerkeys hat erst nach telefonischer Absprache funktioniert. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

Das Gute vorweg:
Das Zimmer sah aus, wie in der Beschreibung im Internet. Der Mitarbeiter am Telefon war freundlich.
Aber:
Dennoch sehr unpersönlich alles. Online-CheckIn obligatorisch, Rezeption nie besetzt, auch vom Zimmertelefon aus über die angegebenen Kurzwahlen für Rezeption und Office niemand erreichbar. "Wir sind ein Online-Hotel". Seltsames Konzept... fast nie Empfang im Zimmer (was die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel zusätzlich erschwert), hellhörige Türen - Geräsuchkulisse des Flurs im Zimmer gut vernehmbar. Obgleich alles neu, bereits defekte Dusche und kleine schwarze Flecke im Sinne von Ansätzen von Schimmel im Bad. Es macht sich wohl bemerkbar, dass man den Zimmerservice am Vorabend per Schild an der Tür bestellen muss. Insgesamt alles eher minderwertig, was man vielleicht am besten an den Handtüchern festmachen kann, die eher dünne und eher rauhe Lappen sind denn weich und angenehm. Frühstück in Relation zum Zimmerpreis zu teuer.
Insgesamt eher nicht zu empfehlen...
