The room was a long way up on the second floor. No lift and very steep final flight of stairs. The curtain was not hung properly and the WC (and therefore the rest of the small room) was very smelly. The fire alarm went off just as i was getting to sleep and we were all out on the pavement for an hour, en deshabille.

Very friendly, helpful staff, let us have a tasty dinner even though we arrived late. Nice room, very clean, clean bathroom, loved the jacuzzi, all very good value. Only 2 less than perfect elements were no lift (fine for me, good exercise with the bags!) and the room was very warm. Lovely view from the room of the beautiful church. Many thanks for having us!

Super hôtel 4* en centre ville , mais … Le restaurant est fermé, la chaudière est en panne, chambre froide mais chauffée avec radiateur électrique… petit déjeuner en pièce froide… Grâce au dévouement de CAROLINE qui accueille, apporte ardeur, chaleur etc pour rendre le séjour plus agréable Dommage qu’un établissement de cette classe soit en telle désuétude

Hotel difficile d'accès au centre douai. Que des rues en sens uniques. Deux étages ss ascenseur et escaliers très raides. Pour le prix élevés c'est tres moyen.

Déception car nous avons dormi vraiment très peu à cause de la chaleur étouffante et des moustiques. La réceptionniste n'était pas surprise, surtout au vu de notre N° de chambre... des prix intéressants sur *******, mais on nous donne les chambres les moins bien placées. Dommage car tout le reste était très bien, chambre bien agencée, propre, au calme, bel accueil.

Très mauvaise nuit de passé dans cet hôtel , le lit double est en faite composé de deux lits simples non resserrés et s’écarte directement . Honteux de préciser alors lit double 1 personnes . Je me réveil le matin plus fatigué que la veille ! Petit déjeuner à 17 € indigne . La plupart des chaînes hôtelières font mieux ! Pas la peine de répondre avec votre message formaté identique à tout le monde .

Très bon hôtel situé au centre ville de Douai. Équipe sympa et accueil chaleureux. Chambres propres. Restaurant de l’hôtel préparant des plats spéciaux et délicieux. Merci au chef. L’architecture et la décoration sont uniques. Service petit déjeuner basique.
