We stayed in Dresden for two nights. What a fabulous location. In the middle of the square, walking distance to all the attractions. Room was clean, spacious and we were so lucky we were given an upgrade as we needed the washing machine . Staff was most helpful with everything we needed and they spoke english. We were given complimentary water for our road trip. We loved our stay here and if we came back to Dresden we will definitely rebook. Thank you staff for a wonderful stay. From the Aussie travellers

Stayed here for four nights and just loved the location of the hotel, near to all the sights, good restaurants plus a fabulous bakery almost on the doorstep. We used the kitchen area for breakfast and that worked fine, plenty of crockery and cooking utensils had we felt the urge to cook (we didn't). We had the one bed apartment, the room was big and very quiet at night, shower was great. Reception was open from around 8.30-7pm and we found the staff very helpful and welcoming especially when we first arrived. Just the wifi signal was a bit intermittent in our room but that wasn't a big deal for us except when trying to watch a football match from the UK!

Abbiamo affittato uno “studio” per 5 giorni. Forse un po’ piccolo, meglio prendere un due locali. Letto comodo, tavolino con due sedie, angolo cottura appena appena attrezzato, tutto in una stanza al terzo piano. Niente armadio, solo un mobile basso su cui appoggiare le valigie. Bagno minuscolo (ovviamente senza bidet). Mai fatto una pulizia, cambiato asciugamani a metà soggiorno. Personale scostante. Però comodissimo in centro, con parcheggio (carissimo) coperto. Comunque siamo stati bene, niente di negativo importante. Lì vicino affittano biciclette, anche ebike (Green Bike), l’abbiamo presa per andare a Pirna e a fare lunghe pedalate sulla bellissima ciclabile che passa da Dresda.

Roomy apartments with kitchen facilities and a washing machine in every apartment. Great for a long distance travellers. Super friendly and funny guy works on reception. He speaks six languages and can recommend local dining options. Though it is right in the heart of the city the apartments are quiet and warm.

I had a reservation for 2 nights. This property's check-in closed at 7PM. I notified the property manager earlier that I may make it in time but it's possible that I might be few minutes late. My plane arrived 30 minutes late and I arrived at 7:08PM, building was closed. Having just arrived in Germany, my phone was not setup yet to make local phone calls. I went to a nearby hotel to have a roof over my head for the night. When I came next day morning to finally check in, property manager told me I can't because they sold my room to someone else since I did not check in the night before. They were still going to charge me for 2 nights. I said how can you deny me service but charge for both nights, response was that it's their policy. I asked how much time did I have to actually check in, manager said I could check in at any time. So I want to check in now (11am next day), response was you can't because your room was sold to someone else. We went into this endless loop. When my credit card statement arrived, I was in fact charged to both nights. I would not recommend this place.

The ever-expanding Aparthotels are still v. good and reasonably priced on my 5th stay. Staff are v. friendly, competent, responsive. Most important, longtime WiFi problems now seem (?) fixed. Keep up the good work.

It was a great place at a great location. The place was very clean and cozy to stay with two children. The rooms were spacious with a full kitchen, and the bathroom was very clean. All the staffs were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Udo. It was located in the center of old town, easy and quick walk to all the major sites. We will definitely come back here on our next Dresden trip. 10 out of 10.
