Zarezerwowałem 4-dniowy pobyt z dostępem do spa. Pokój był duży z oddzielną sypialnią i łazienką też był duży. Miał balkon z widokiem na rzekę do tej pory tak dobry. Śniadanie: dostarczyli nam papier, w którym musieliśmy wybrać to, co chcieliśmy na śniadanie (więc nie oczekuj śniadania w formie bufetu - mówią, że jest to spowodowane ograniczeniami covid, w które trudno mi uwierzyć, ponieważ hotel, w którym byłem przed to było śniadanie w formie bufetu) Jestem Brytyjczykiem, więc wybrałem, jak to nazywali, klasyczne angielskie śniadanie, teraz wszyscy wiedzą, że angielskie śniadanie ma następujące składniki: bekon, jajka, pomidory, fasolka po bretońsku, tosty i kiełbaski wieprzowe. Cóż, to, co mi podano, nie było klasycznym angielskim śniadaniem, nie było bekonu ani tostów, a kiedy zapytałem kelnera, gdzie jest bekon, otrzymałem komentarz, że nie jestem szefem kuchni, po prostu podaję to, co mi podano. Bardzo, bardzo niegrzecznie. Więc to był już zły początek mojego dnia. Resztę dnia spędziłem poza hotelem, a kiedy wróciłem, poszedłem na obiad do restauracji, zamówiłem sałatkę cesarską, która była dobra, a na deser zamówiłem ciasto czekoladowe z lodami prosto z menu tylko po to, by powiedzieć, że nie masz jakieś. Na litość boską, jeśli jest w menu, upewnij się, że ją masz. Moja szczera opinia, jeśli wybierzesz ten hotel, pokój będzie świetny, ale wszystko inne będzie nieszczęściem. Tylko pokój to droga, ponieważ możesz mieć krótki 5 minut spacerem i otrzymać pełne samoobsługowe śniadanie w formie bufetu z hotelu Grand Spa Lietuva. Kosztuje 7,00 € Nie zatrzymam się tu ponownie i nie będę go nikomu polecać.

We had a terrible experience at this place . It felt dirty . Very humid ant stinks of mold . Room was super small . The bed was the most uncomfortable ever , said as double in size , in reality just two beds pushed together . Keep in mind , the place is animal friendly and the walls are super thin so we could hear a dog barking , when the owners left the room . And on top of all of that breakfast was tasteless . Overall , terrible experience , do not recommend . Not worth the money for such an outdated place .

Can’t wait to include this in my Girl Takes Mundo travel blog. This property exceeded our expectations on a number of levels, upon arrival we were informed they had upgraded our room which was a pleasant surprise. In addition, staff were very helpful in ideating ways to visit Gruto Parkas and booking our spa services despite the language barrier. (Only some staff members speak English.) Spa facilities and gym are great, wide selection of items for breakfast and in a very central location. One tip: spa facilities are open daily from 2-8pm only, so do plan your spa day with this in mind.

Got the large suite in main building, I would not like it near as much if in the newer addition. Had a small patio and easy access to the gardens. Got lucky on parking, grabbed the last spot available in the back, the front was full. Breakfast was incredible. My son's room was also in main building but not as nice as my room, but still pretty good. Odd it was the same price for both rooms.

Avoid this hotel if you want to enjoy staying in Druskininkai. We had family room in glass building for £220 per night. Stayed 3 nights. Very disappointed as first day we had an issues with the electric wire failure. We had reported were is no power in the room. The staff member arrived investigated the issue and told that microwave has short cut. So they had to remover the microwave (bear in mind we had 2 kids 5 years old so we needed to heat the food during the stay). After that no one came in to check if the issue has been sorted. I had to switch the power every time we enter our room my self in the switch box. The air conditioner was noisy and old making banging noise and you had to switch it off because you can't put the kids sleep in the night. So the rooms been very hot during the night. But the worst is the bed mattress OMG.... it looks like the mattress been there from 18th century and it never has been changed it has all the stains all ove it has been very hard to sleep and our backs has been broken straight away in the fisrt night .... when you think you have to sleep for another 2 nights it make yor brains just boiling... brekfast very poor cold and I would say more likely continental then brekfast in 4 star hotel better to use coffe shops around for the brekfast if you want to have nice and warm brekfast. And the last think that make our stay uncomfortable. Before check out we wanted take a shower and gess what there is no water ....I reported to reception and they just ignored and said but you checking out why you need water. :)The reception at the check in was welcome and with the smile and quick. The reception at the check out hosted by Jonas wow wow... rude unwelcome and don't care about any costumer approaching his desk. When we told him all the issues we had during the 3 night stay. He just handed the bill to pay and said good bye!! No sorry for any inconvenience caused or any appreciates with the problems... please avoid this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay for this price. I am sure were is many hotels around with the better service can be provided. Will never stay again in this hotel and will not recommend to no one. Keep away your money from this hotel people!!!!

We arrived today to a beautiful location. How sed that we discovered that -no worm water in room -no air condition function -no possibilities to call the reception. Very bad experience. We will leave tomorrow . This is anti climex to tourism.

Terrible experience, do not go to spa. I staid in hotel for 3 days. The room was spacious, but that’s just it. The rest is outdated and not even clean enough - found hairs in bath tub. The SPA is horrible and not safe. The massage specialist, who offered kobido massage, hardly knew what it was. But the worst was safety and hygiene. Massage specialist put the face mask on properly only after remark and stank of sweat horribly - I suffered through the massage and regretted for it. The breakfast is average, but do not go for lunch or dinner in the same restaurant. There are many places next to hotel, which serves far better food. The fish, which I ordered for lunch, was hardly edible. Avoid staying and do not go to spa.

The room was good.The restaurant staff was friendly. In the bathroom there were used shampoo and body lotion bottles.In our package there was included pool,sauna and jacuzzi services,but the jacuzzi was closed(nobody informed us). The receptionist doesn't know what is included in the breakfast and didn't ask for our documents during the check in. The restaurant is without working hours.As per waiter decision when to close.

It was nice stay, we stayed in old part which to me is way better because of special feeling and different than any other hotel. Spa not very big, but good for hour of relaxation. I would mention only the breakfast part is bit badly organized. We were lucky that we have to wait only 10min. unfortunately after we came there was already a longer line, in any case it made us feel bad when you see people waiting to get a desk and waiting when you will finish your meal. We will come back!
