For those that follow me, you know I'm a fan of this product, particularly the executive room offering. From the meet and greet at the airplane gate (which always makes one feel welcome seeing that sign with your name on it), to the zipping through internal airport security (many don't realize even in transit in Dubai you clear security), to being in a big, clean comfy room with amenities within 15 minutes of getting off a long international flight, well, it's a win win win for me. Staff are incredibly polite, and the rooms are soundproof. Touches like full Emirates first class amenities (tooth brush kits, combs, toiletries and sewing kits), to massage chairs in room, bath and shower, coffee station, two desks and high speed internet, I get a lot of work done on my stopovers. In gate B, fifty or so meters from the train elevators, even if you are traveling out of A terminal or C , you are 15 - 20 minutes from the gate. The desk can have a golf cart waiting for you outside the elevator to whisk you towards gate C if you wish. There is a nice pool free for guests, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. Tge rooms provide slippers and robes. All food and drinks at the lounge are free, so if you don't have airline lounge access, you can eat and drink a big chunk of your hotel bill (beers can be in the 12$ to 15$ range in resteraunts in the airport... you have been warned). There's a full business service as well. Elevators down tge hall from reception go right to the Emirates business and first class lounges. All in all, for me, I often use this over going into Dubai and adding all the pickup, journey time and having to get to the airport hours before a flight. Staying in the terminal means 15 minutes before boarding, I leave my hotel room! Oh, and you have time to shop all available stores! WIN!

located 10minutes from Dubai airport, in a context of a huge compound, it has an impressive number of rooms. The village, located inside the compound, has a lot of restaurants, among whose my favorite Italian Casa Mia. The swimming pool is surrounded by palms and itbis in a nice garden. Many rooms are located with one side looking at the garden and the swimming pool, with chairs to allow residents in hotel to enjoy the view. Staff is incredibly ready to assist you for any need. It is an oasis in the middle of the city.

Hotel has surprised me on a very positive way . Location is fine , only 15 min from downtown and you have a metro station near by . I would like to compliment and thank the staff as everyone has been very nice and welcoming . Special remark to the housekeepers who are always smiling and do a great job 👏. In general , Facilities are good and new , also there is a nice rooftop pool with great views to the city .

The environment is good, close to Thai restaurants and Indian convenience stores. You can walk over there to eat and buy ice coke. There is also a stadium next to it for sports. Next to the stadium is another circle of small restaurants and bars. Everything is walkable and very close. The hotel service staff are enthusiastic and professional, and the conversion plug is also available for free. After buying wine, you can ask for an ice bucket and drink it in the house. If you ask me why I drink it in the room... If I order room service in the hotel, a bottle of Corona beer is about 80rmb😂 The area is close to festival city, and there is also MMI next to it (a place where tourists buy alcohol, bring It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi with my passport. It’s just hard to get back, especially at night. The weather is over 30 degrees, so I can’t take an Uber at night, and there are no taxis on the street. Well, I walked for an hour.) If it’s boring at night, I recommend taking a taxi to the nearby area. The york bar 😏 is only a ten-minute drive away, which is pretty good. In short, I would like to call this hotel the king of value for money. Highly recommended to those who are tired of living in Palm Island and the city center and have an adventurous spirit and want to explore the Indian District at night.

The apartment is very nice, I will not dispute that. It's spacious and clean and well maintained. But it is so far from everything. You have to walk maybe 10 minutes to get to the metro. And it takes ages to get to where anything is happening because you need to take into consideration that there is always traffic in Dubai. So to get to Mall of Emrirates by taxi it cost me 90 dirhams by uber and it took more than 30 mins. Normal taxi cost 70 dirhams. Its expensive. If you are coming to sight-see, this place is too far from everything. Plus, it's right next to the airport, so you can't leave the windows open unless you want to listen to the nonstop sound of planes taking off. If I were coming here for work, this might make sense. But for tourists, this is too far from anything. It's in Deira, yes, but not the vibrant part of Deira. It's in a huge parking lot area, so there is nothing to see outside except a lot of cars parked. Also, you do not have access to other floors unless you request it. So if you are a large party as we were, none of us could easily visit each other without our key card to get access to the floor. They said they would send an email with a scan that could be tapped using your phone, but we never received it. Internet was OK. There is a mall located about a 10-minute walk away (City Centre Mall), which has decent shops and restaurants. But again, it's all far from the hotel, and stepping out of the hotel, you are in a purely industrial sort of area. There is a great little cafe that opens 6am to 10pm daily across the road. They sell teas, good South Indian food, and drinks. There is also a supermarket across the road where you can get your necessities. Best to buy dishwashing liquid and a sponge too, bc they don't wash any dishes you have used, and do not provide sponges nor detergent for washing dishes unless it's by machine (who's going to put 1 glass into a dishwasher?). As I mentioned, the place is perfect, with awesome staff. If only it could be transported to a different part of Dubai where there are things for tourists to do. Great staff. Extremely clean. My only problem is the location. Not particularly touristic.

It was a cheap hotel, but the room was large and comfortable with washing machines and tableware. Breakfast only served the minimum necessary, but the occasional sandwiches were delicious. Other than that, it was boiled *, croissants and tea every day.

Loved the place .Great price and close to the airport. The breakfast was terrific and very clean. The pool was spacious and super kid friendly. The Grand Mercure next door is part of the group. Your choice which one you prefer. Their summer (June to September)prices are half of normal.

I am very satisfied with it. I recommend that if you want to live close to the subway station and the airport, choose this place! The hotel facilities are new, the design is beautiful, the lobby is very stylish, everything is clean and tidy, the restaurant is also great, and I also like the rooftop swimming pool. When I get tired, I will go to the warm pool to relieve fatigue. In short, stay at ease. Especially close to the hospital, this nucleic acid test is very convenient.

The location is good but the the service is so so with such a well branded hotel chain. We booked for 3 but they never provide us the basic for three persons, such as the bath towel which they prepared only ONE. When we asked for the housekeeper, he came in and kept asking to write a good review on google yet he forgot to bring all what I requested over the phone, he didn’t want to be off till you write the review for him while it was almost midnight during that time. It’s a very bad experience. Then needed to wait for almost 30mins for him to bring in another 2 bathroom towels

Good hotel for transfer flights, just 5 minutes from the airport. Room equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, comfortable beds. I landed at midnight and wanted an affordable hotel near the airport before moving to the Marina area, however, this was 8km away, so not as close as I initially thought but near enough. I got an upgrade as I was staying one night only. The room was huge so no complaints there. Many restaurants nearby which are open during the night, however this hotel is not central so you’ll end up paying a lot in taxis as there is no metro option near by. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of local and international dishes. Lovely chill out areas in the hotel, unfortunately I didn’t have time to view the pool or gym. Good hotel with lovely staff.

Not so close to the airport. Tried to call the hotel in order to understand schedule of their free shuttle bus service, but failed, so we had to take taxi for 80 AED from the airport. The hotel is in the tall building, too much noise and many people. Has some nice, but crowded swimming pool. Good for a short stay.
