Stay was fantastic. Ebrahim from Egypt at check-in gave me an early check-in with an upgrade to the apartment size - bigger room, with a full kitchen and full amenities like washing machine, stove, microwave, etc - basically home away from home. Food was fantastic. Tour desk Roweida was exceptional and valet parking service was awesome 😎 well done Hyatt. Ebrahim also connected me to the loyalty program - great all round experience and service - you even get discount at the ice rink

Nice hotel view of Deira Creek. Location is close to Union Metro station. I love my stay there. Excellent breakfast. They have a good variety of food . Vegetarian, Indian and western as well as some thing for kids . Overall excellent stay here and would recommend this hotel. See the photo of the breakfast buffet, that is only one part. Variety of cheese to choose from 😁

Perfect location with view of the Dubai Creek..located about 10 minutes walk from the Union Metro Station..The room is impeccably clean and the bed and pillow is sooo fluffy..We stayed for 3 nights there and the reception we had from the staff is nothing short of kindness and professional..All the staff are really well trained and go beyond their scope of duty..from the hotel receptionist, kitchen staff and even their manager they give their all to serve the customer..One of the best if not the best hotel experience I ever had..not even my fellow countrymen served me that well😅..The breakfast for me is adequate..not that fancy but enough to fill our tummy..All in all we enjoyed our time thoroughly stayed at this hotel

Hotel location is superb with very easy access to Baniya Square metro station, day to day Mart around the corner and very lively until late in the night. Cleanliness is fairly alright though the room we checked in had a smoking smell even after spraying air freshers.

Highly recommended. A small but old hotel ・Excellent location. ・It faces the canal and the scenery is wonderful. You can watch the sunset on the beautiful canals that come and go in Abra. You can also see the Burj Khalifa in the distance. ・You can catch a glimpse of the life of ordinary people in the Dira area. ・Excellent comfort. Just the right specs. Best bed. ・There are many Chinese restaurants around, all of which are delicious. ・Everyone including the Japanese staff is very kind. ・Japanese food for breakfast ・A very reasonable price in Dubai with all these conditions. The Japanese staff were very kind and enthusiastic in their advice, and since it was actually my first time in Dubai, it was reassuring to be able to talk to them a lot.　 They were very helpful in arranging an airport transfer at a reasonable price. There are a lot of stupid expensive hotels in Dubai, but I feel like here is the only choice for comfort. At least for the first time Dubai, I think there is no doubt that this is the place. I would like to use Coco again when I visit Dubai again. *The photo of the room is after early check-in (paid) and a good night's sleep.

Hotel location and service are very good, but the facilities, health and breakfast are very general. When booking, Chinese is written in two beds, but there are discrepancies with English. Because there are two colleagues living, there is no way to add AED400 to a suite. Fortunately, the hotel gave a room with two beds on the second day, otherwise it would cost a lot, and the overall feeling was not too satisfactory.

Hotel location: Di, convenient transportation, bus and subway can be reached. 2. The hotel's facilities look at the pictures themselves. 1. Look at the pictures of the bedding and linen. 2. There are no disposable slippers provided. 3. Room facilities: No hair dryer, but there is a refrigerator. 4. Hotel decoration: look at the picture for yourself. 5. Toilet: not dry and wet separation. 3. Hotel service staff: I personally feel very service-conscious, and I am quite willing during my stay. Fourth, the picture of the hotel matches the picture of the actual room.

The guy at the door is very helpful he was able to assist us weigh our bags and put them on the trolly for us! However they don’t assist you past the reception so if you have more than one bag and you’re alone good luck struggling. Also the reception don’t let food deliveries go to your room they are forced to call you and if you don’t answer they will force the delivery person to take the food away

I went to that hotel with my 11 years son and wife we were all very satisfied with the accommodation, the staff was also very helpful, and it has the best location. The abra, metro station, and many good restaurants are nearby. Next time we will be in Dubai we will certainly choose Hafez Hotel again.
