The residential hotel was in a good location at marina bay. The staff was very kind and upgraded our room. The room is spacious, bed was good. The only thing is that the room kinda smell bad when you first enter. Sofa was bit old.

We booked a 160-flat 2 bedroom suite, the room is really big, look at the Palm Island, but our floor is not high, 15 floors, not obvious, it is estimated that more than 30 layers will be clearer. The service of the hotel is very good and everyone is very enthusiastic! Carrefour is not far away, you can buy food and cook for yourself. We basically cook for ourselves! The traffic is also convenient, we are self-driving, the hotel is to help stop the car, and there are subway stations not far from the surrounding, just a few hundred meters away! In short, it is a very good hotel, it is recommended!

In a city of luxury 5 star hotels this may not be the most salubrious hotel but it makes up for it in personality. From the very first morning in the restaurant, Himanshu told us to speak to him if we needed anything. This was a common theme throughout the hotel with all the staff being so lovely and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. It’s right next to The Beach and the walk along towards the Hilton is filled with nice bars and restaurants and has a great vibe. In the other direction you can walk over to Bluewaters which is worth a visit just for the view (although the Dubai Eye is not operating just now). The hotel has a great pool scene and lovely gardens. It was so nice to chill out by the pool every day. The pool bar and pool staff are exceptional. Ansari was very welcoming and brought me lots of my favourite drinks. All the staff work so hard - could maybe have a few more staff on the pool bar to take the pressure off as the Azure staff are serving the pool and garden areas too. The pool boys were so friendly. Particularly Bala who found my phone on the first day, put our towels out every morning and always had a nice smile for us. Sasee was also very helpful. You can play pool and table tennis for free which pleased my son. Although my pool skills are still no better after a week! The restaurant staff were also exceptional. Ari was so lovely and even brought us a cake on the last morning. Special mentions also to Lia, Mercy and Himanshu and the chef at the pancake bar (sorry don’t know his name). All so friendly and helpful. The food choice was fairly limited but that’s probably just down to space. It must be hard to accommodate all the different preferences and nationalities. One night my son didn’t fancy anything so we managed to get booked into Black Goose at the last minute and enjoyed a fantastic meal. Great burger!! We also went to the Peacock Chinese restaurant which was really good. The room was nice. We had paid for a beach view and upgraded to a room with a balcony which was really nice. Room 251. Always kept very clean. Overall we had a great holiday, definitely made more special by the lovely staff.

All wonderful ! Staff very professional ! Good location for moving around dubai. Nice rooftop bar and the pool was a delight ! I felt like at home. Very well equipped rooms. I will be coming back for sure. Than you !

Have a nice day. Were in October 2019 at the Hawthorn Hotel & Suites by Wyndham JBR We were in this hotel as a family from October 10 to 24, 2019 we got large apartments with a balcony with a gorgeous view of the Dubai-Mrina Canal. Very good soundproofing. Excellent work of the lobby staff there are even employees who speak Russian it is very important for a Russian tourist. Excellent work of the hotel staff who meet at the entrance to the hotel. Excellent housekeeping. Food very tasty and cooked with love, we had breakfast and dinner. 150 meters to the beach beach lanes TSA and umbrellas are issued free of charge and without collateral in the hotel's branded bag. There is a large mini market in the courtyard. 24 hours prices do not bite. I didn’t find any drawbacks. Thanks a lot to the staff of this hotel. Everything was Super. Everything is super. Hotel Staff Food all at the highest level. Once again I want to thank the hotel management and staff for their sensitive attitude towards tourists Thank you very much.

Room is a decent size, the brown woodwork etc makes the room look dated, the furniture is nothing fancy but manageable. The tv was not bringing up any channels etc and the water was cold but the next day i called up and they managed to sort it out fairly quickly. I was not on the beach front side, but the view at the back is nice. Price was pretty fair for the location, and i was on my own, so it was more than i needed. I think the furnishings let it down a little- it wouldn't cost much to repaint the wood and update the bathroom to make it more appealing.
