Hotele niedaleko Business Bay w Dubai

It’s suitable for business trip. I stayed here 4 nights. And breakfast is good. I love the breakfast. The staff are nice. However, all the good memories be ruined after 24th Nov. 24th Nov, I came from Abu Dhabi and would like to stay here one night, then go back to China. However, I made a wrong booking date at this time. I need to book 24th Nov, but the order booking date is 24th Dec. I didn’t know this mistake until the reception told me this mistake. Unfortunately, it was 22:00PM when I know this problem, so I tried to ask the reception if they can help me to fix it. They just let me contact trip com. They didn’t give me any support. What’s worse, they don’t refund to me. A horrible experience. I don’t understand why gulf hotel reject my request. Refund and then release a room to sell will not affect them. So sad about this problem.

Very good, the room is big enough and bright enough, and the facilities are relatively good. The location of the hotel is also good. It is relatively quiet in the middle of the noise. There is a canal behind it, and there is a landscape path along the river, where you can run

Stay was very nice We enjoyed a lot but one thing was very disappointing We been to bar for two days continue First day was good service was so nice But next day when we went The server (Salina) She was not good as we expected Not a single smile on her face She was like working forcefully Glasses and plates were empty but she never asked for drink or food feedback Every time we had to call her for each and everything Sagar and the short lady (leader) this two people were so nice Sagar who gave us food and plates . He was so attentive Maybe you guys give more trainings to staff that how to give service to guests We felt like we are dining in road side restaurant Where we don’t expect any standards Thanks

I have stayed in this property in the month of February from Feb 26th to March 5th for a period of 7 nights, it was a family vacation with my parents who are senior citizens. We were welcomed by Ms.Lisa front desk executive, she immediately checked is in and the room provided was very good, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was also functional, only issue was the drain, the sink did not drain well and shower pressure little low, this needs improvement, other than that the stay was very good, the breakfast is decent but definitely needs improvement and needs to be more organised as it gets chaotic and the breakfast needs Indian items like Dosa , etc as these days more hotels have Indian options and the eggs also can be more fluffier and made better, more variety in breakfast is needed considering this is a 4 star property, especially the bakery items needs to be freshly made, not pre sourced bakery items like croissants etc, other than that, the hotel is excellent, we witnessed smoke on our floor whereas it was a non smoking floor, we complained to housekeeping and front desk and the management said they will take notice and take care for future, overall this a excellent property and has the potential to become hot seller in days to come , MOST importantly they need to maintain consistency in service and ensure the hotel doesn’t become a smoke haven by smelly corridors and smelly floors and smoky entrances, this property needs proper care, else it will become another holiday inn festival city which is a disastrous property, the Holiday inn business bay has the potential to become the most sought after property in days to come, a special mention to ALINA, KEKA, ANDREI,NADA from the breakfast team, they provide excellent service to guests and the hotel needs this kind of employees, the house keeping team is also very good, front desk Lisa is true wonderful woman , sweet, caring and loving and she needs to be promoted to maintain this property to highest standards, definitely enjoyable and highly recommended property.

I'm coming first time millenium atria Hotel. The hotel is excellent!!! Especially thank you very much housekeeping services by Mohammed Rasel. The cleaning is very good, room is beautiful . And also like swimming pool and gym area. I like that hotel is near dubai mall and I can get there easily. Thanks to reception, they always can solve all kind of my request. And the room is very big and comfort

It was our second time visiting Marriot hitel dubai. Everthing was perfect as i expected and room condition, breakfast, and all the facility was wonferful. Also the bell man ”Gourav” was so sweet and welcoming us all the time. Thank you for everthing and I will definitely visit here again.

All the staff at SLS Business Bay were so accommodating and attentive. The property is so clean and modern; very picturesque. We enjoyed Privilege pool, S Bar and Fi’lia. Thank you to GM Flavin for making sure our balcony view from the room was city view perfect. The bed is extra comfortable and the big bathtub is a special addition and was definitely utilized. Thank you to Adam who was so helpful during check in. Adam’s smile was so inviting. He’s just the man for the job at front desk check in. Keep him around. Special Thank you to Laura who was communicating with me for 2 months on room decoration for a special birthday surprise. So many other staff members that were exceptional. Thanks to Emmanuel for always keeping the guests safe and greeting us every morning and evening. We had an amazing time and will definitely recommend to our friends.

Hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. Vino in particular was a stand out and helped us with our admin. Hotel had good view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks at burg Khalifa. Location was ideal by the Dubai canal for leisure activities like cycling and walking. We discovered Dubai’s sights and beaches by bicycle and it was the best experience.

Very international buffet for breakfast. Definitely something delicious for everyone. The staff is super friendly and attentive, especially Zooz and Andreas! Thanks for the great stay. The rooms are nicely furnished and perfectly adequate. Depending on the location, also with a beautiful view on the skyline....
