We stay 5 night with family and friends in hotel. Check in is pretty rapid. The rooms in 3rd and 5th floor that we have was clean and spacious. There is no view from rooms. I try one time the rooftop pool that is clean And beautiful but for me the temperature of water is high. The breakfast Is very good and i like especially that it include ice cream but after 5 day It was repetative.the locafion in barsha is about 7 minute walk to al mashregh Station in metro red line also emirate mall is very near about 15 minute by walk And only one station distance by metro. Some of dubai tourist attaction such as Borj khalifa and dubai marina are about 15 to 20 minute distance by taxi. Overall very good hotel but in comparison with a few 5 star dubai hotels that I tried them previously in all aspect it is 4 to5 star but regarding to great staff I ranked it 5.

I love this hotel, I come here every year because it’s magnificent! I like everything, from the marbles throughout the hotel to the fresh flowers everywhere, from the stunning ones in the lobby to the flowers in the room. The hotel is spotless, even the paths through the gardens. As the Jumeirah property is massive you can easily move around with free buggies or abras. The breakfast fits every taste, there are several cooks stations, fruits, oriental food, continental breakfast, Arabic and much more! Rooms are very spacious, with nice soft carpet, living area with sofa and armchair, a big tv, and a nice bathroom. If you can, book the ocean deluxe rooms, they worth every penny! Waking up in the morning, open the curtains and see the sea, the palms, the abras and the Burj al Arab is wonderful, the view is stunning! The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and I have to mention both the housekeeping manager (l’m sorry I don’t remember his name - rooms 613-614), he greeted us every time he met us asking if everything was ok and if we needed something, and Srinivas, the guy who tidied up our rooms during our stay at the hotel, he was always smiley, asked us several times if we were happy with his work or if we needed something more. Our room was always perfectly clean. Thank to all the staff for making our stay relaxing and special! I can’t wait to come back next year!

Very near to mall. Price are set at decent range. The staff are helpful. My colleague lost his phone on a cab. We had a urgent meeting to attend to so we are unable to stay at hotel to get the phone back. The taxi wanted us to pay the fees for coming to us. With the help of the hotel staff, they helped us to pay the driver and get the phone back. Very trust worthy people working in hilton. Cleaner are very polite, they never fail to greet you with a smile every morning!

Mahesh, Upendedr, Arjunand Anil are a fantastic house keeping team. They attend to the guests very well, courteous. This is my longest stay in the hotel (4 days). Rooms are kept very neat and clean. Keep it up boys. Mall of Emirates is nearby which adds attraction to this hotel.

Our stay at the Ibis was fine. This is our 130th hotel stay this year and among our least favorite experiences. First, it is very clean, so don’t worry about that. But a clean bed and room is all you can expect. Things we didn’t enjoy: -Breakfast is a chaotic cluster. No staff were seating guests. People were sprawled out across the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. It is difficult to find staff to clean off a table or provide new cutlery. The food is fine, but the coffee is horrible. - We were told the room included tea and coffee. When we checked in we notified the front desk we had no coffee and would like some. They told us someone would bring it, but it never arrived. The same thing happened the second day. The third day we asked cleaning staff if they have coffee. They told us they were out and only had decaf. They did provide decaf, but regular coffee should have been available. -The shower is extremely slippery. The shower drain is raised to prevent hair and product from clogging it. But that means people are standing in .5” of water the entire time they are showering. The smooth tiles are extremely slippery when covered in standing water. I’m a 36 year old agile, athletic person. I fell, hitting my knee and face on the tile. There are no grippy mats to reduce slipping. There are no handles to get up from in the shower. - After falling, I asked for a hand towel to wash my face. I was told “we don’t offer hand towels on THIS SIDE of the hotel. Only the Novotel side gets hand towels.” It’s very weird to make people feel lesser than others over hand towels. 🤷♀️ Other small weird stuff: - There are ZERO outlets by the bed. You have to charge all electronics, including your phone, across the room. - The faucet barely hangs over the sink. When you wash your hands, they are against the side of the bowl, and water will run out on the counter. It’s like the designer never used the sink. - They have chosen a strange press soap bottle. It breaks off from the wall daily. -Aside from soap, no basic toiletries are provided. (no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.) Overall, this place is cheaper than others, but it still costs too much to have this many issues.

Extra bed, can be charged separately, you can directly set the triple room, in fact, it is also an extra bed, but not separately charged, or three people breakfast, compare value. It is also very convenient to bring children. There is a supermarket nearby. The Mall of the Emirates is a five-minute walk away. The Carrefour is awesome on the first floor. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway. If you drive, you will have a large parking lot.

Отдыхаем в Дубае 09-19.11.23. Очень благоприятное время для посещения этой страны. Остановились в апарт-отеле Мена Аль Барша. Выбор был сделан на случайно: близко к остановкам общественного транспорта, метро (красная ветка), откуда можно доехать до всех основных достопримечательностей, а также относительная близость основных бесплатных пляжей Дубая. Кроме того, в трёх остановках автобусов F33, F35 (до остановки 180 метров) красивый благоустроенный бесплатный парк с озером (в форме прокладки, сразу узнаваемым на карте), детскими игровыми зонами , спортивными игровыми площадками Al Barsha Pond Park, куда супруг каждый вечер ездил, чтобы поиграть в баскетбол. В гипермаркете Карфур (Carrefour) (находится в Молле Эмиратов) можно закупиться продуктами по приемлемым ценам и приготовить себе любое блюдо прямо в номере. Номер оснащен хорошей кухней с большим холодильником, плитой, духовкой, микроволновкой, тостером, необходимой посудой, чайником, (чай,кофе, сахар в наличии), стиральная машина, утюг, гладильная доска также есть в номере. Телевизор без русских каналов. По поводу завтраков в отеле. Мы бронировали номер с завтраком на 11 дней. На 4-й день пожалели, что оплатили завтраки. На 2-3 дня ещё куда ни шло, можно питаться одним и тем же, но 11 дней однообразия уже перебор. В целом все вкусно, но разнообразия нет, не шведский стол, официант по меню приносит блюда на сервированный приборами стол. В следующий раз, если приедем в этот отель (не исключено, т.к. все устраивает), завтракать будем самостоятельно, в номере можно кофе-чай попить...Воду 2 бутылки по 0.5 приносят каждый день во время уборки. Недорого и вкусно можно поесть, если выйти из отеля и пойти по улице направо. Сразу после парковки ряд недорогих кафешек. Брали одно блюдо на двоих за 30 дирхам (рубль 25.3 дирхам на данный момент), не смогли все осилить, нам упаковали оставшееся с собой. Почти напротив отеля небольшой продуктовый магазин Кафур. Такого разнообразия, как в Молле, конечно, там нет, закупиться по-быстрому можно. В отеле есть неплохой фитнес-зал. Хоть на ресепшн и написано, что он до 12.00 работает, по факту он всегда открыт, по крайней мере до 18.00 точно, до этого часа открыт и бассейн рядом, на крыше. Самый лучший пляж, на наш взгляд, Kite, народу в ноябре не много, вода чистая, пляж убирается, есть бесплатные туалеты, душ, переодеваться только в туалетах. Бесплатная питьевая вода. Вай-фай (авторизовались в самый первый день по номеру Эмиратского телефона и эл.почте, в последующие дни подключались автоматически без авторизации). Ехать 10-11 остановок до Umm Suqeim 1 или Abdallah Mleih Masjid на 81 автобусе. Пляж между этими остановками. Рядом с отелем есть остановка, идти минуты 4, 180 метров, но на ней негде присесть, автобус ходит каждые 20 минут, можно не угадать и стоять долго, если он уже ушел. Кроме того, в 9.25-9.30 очень много народу уже едет, присесть в автобусе не получится. Надо или раньше, до 9.00, или позже, после 10.00 уезжать, или идти на конечную около М

The swimming pool at the Rooftop is lovely and the furniture by the pool are quite moder, The gym is very clean and useful. We did not try the massage as the cost are slightly higher than 5 star hotels considering the place is not luxurious just mediocre. I do not recommend travellers with noise sensitivity to stay here, they have live bands at the Ground Floor of the hotel building and they play Far Too Loud !!! Omg the banging of drums and music are something that you have to put up with. They offer us to move to another level but I think its not going to fix the problem. The restaurant in the hotel has not enough healthy choices to offer so If you have coeliac disease and food sensitivities like me you are in the wrong place. There is no coffee machine only filtered coffee in the buffet. Please do not look for Cappucino and decaf. I brought my own coffee sachet to avoid disappointments. This is not the Marriott I know which is known for luxury in London. I was highly disappointed. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates. The area is not that great in my opinion, there was a young man followed us all the way to the hotel trying to sell us something. Here goes the saying You really get what you pay for!!!!

The hotel has good location, just in front of main road. Has free basement parking with easy lift access. Just at the back around 5min walk ,supermarket carefour opens 24hours so much great in case u need to get any snacks drinks etc (which i arrived at night i still can buy stuffs). Apartment fully equip with kitchen (but not provide washing soap&sponge) , washing machine with no dryer but got dry rack .

The hotel is very cosy, staff are welcoming. Thanks to the team: Ms Sheila, Mr Umaid.Mr Ravi, Mr Uttkarsh, Mr Sandeep Bell boy, and the Manager,Mr Darrin. They were very welcoming and kind, services are of the highest standard. I felt like at home. The equipment is great- my teenage daughter liked the rooftop pool, gym and spa. Breakfasts are tasty and of various cuisines. I would love to stay again.
