Even with many wedding guests staying at hotel, they were all pleasant and not interruptive to other hotel guests. Nice property

The lobby and courtyard area is very nice, room was super clean and when you walk in; the TV even welcomes you!

We visited the Columbus area to celebrate my son’s 4th birthday. This hotel was so beautiful. The aesthetics, customer service was outstanding, hotel was very clean and the list goes on. If we ever visit the area again we will definitely book again!

Very nice and clean room, friendly staff and great price. Conveniently located close to the highway.

Dislikes: I was speaking to the person at the front desk and she walked away from me twice as I was mid-sentence(s). I was not complaining or anything, simply asking two general questions so I was a bit put-off by that, very noisy as the walls are thin and there was a youth hockey group or the like staying so there was late night stomping and yelling above us. Likes: Cookies were amazing and a nice touch, bar in the hotel served food which was a nice convenience as we arrived in the evening, clean

I usually utilize this property when I travel to Columbus for business. They are usually pretty okay and I have no issues. However after my last stay, I may not be visiting here again. I had to move rooms because the cleanliness of the first room I received was poor. I pulled the covers back from the bed and uncovered a medium sized ball of hairs. I'm not sure how anyone made the bed and did not see this as they were making it. The pillows were dirty and stained as well. I moved into another room after that and that room had a stink bug in it. I am truly disappointed with Doubletree and i wont be staying at this location again.

Nobody was at the reception when we arrived and we had to wait for 5 minutes to check in. The property is clean and nice but it seemed understaffed.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Location is convenient.
