Neues, modernes Hotel in praktischer Lage unweit der ganzen Pubs in ruhiger Seitenstraße. Zimmer sehr schön, bequemes Boxspringbett, riesiger Fernseher, große Dusche. Sehr freundliches Personal.

The only reason I gave the rating I did was because the room amenities were pointless. The bathroom door opened and closed by pressing a button. It was actually kind of a hazard. If I wanted to stay on Star Trek themed hotel would have. The hotel even though beautiful has no heart and is very corporate. As a family, did not find it warm and inviting. Also if interested in Temple bar you are not very close.

Was not a fan of the technical room. Bathroom door did not work and there is no way to turn on an air fan.

The Chancery is a wonderful and unique hotel experience. I stayed in several hotels throughout Ireland in the past two weeks and this was by far the best experience. Rooms are clean and comfortable! It’s a great location from which to explore Dublin. Front desk , especially Patricia and Francesco were very friendly and helpful. So nice to get a smile when you walk in the front door. Lauren in the restaurant/ bar area was also fantastic. Friendly and welcoming. Overall a truly pleasant experience. This is the hotel in Dublin that I will come back to!!

As a nearly 50 professional in 5 star hotels and restaurants it was a sheer joy to be served by Lauren in the bar and cafe at the Chancery Lauren displayed a warmth, friendliness and a air of professionalism that we just don’t see enough of these days To say that she is a asset to the Chancery would be doing her a disservice She is far more than that. She is a radiant star in the world of hospitality and the hotel is so fortunate to have her loyalty!

Immaculate hotel in a great location. All the staff were extremely helpful. The bar does the best espresso martini and lovely coffees. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing but the maintenance team came and fixed it within 10 mins of calling. Would definitely recommend!
