lovely and helpful night and day shift, loved the inside design, very interesting, lovely room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, but unfortunately a bit of dirt on the floor and dust balls under the floating bed

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful and gorgeous part of Dublin. A few minutes walk away from the Green Line LUAS. The more compact bedrooms are a bit on the small side for a couple, but they’re still well appointed, very new and clean, and comfortable. The hotel bar is cosy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the lack of parking, you’ll have to park onstreet at fairly considerable expense. Not really the fault of the hotel, but it is something to note if you’re driving here.

Stayed at the NYC Dublin for three nights on business, and I must say it was one of my best experience in a hotel. Apart from the location which is well placed if you want to see the city sights, the food was great, room very comfy and well kept and extra tick for having an iron and ironing board which you generally have to ask for, best of all was the staff who were welcoming, attentive my thanks to you all especially Paula who was amazing thank you all for looking after me I will most definitely make you my go too in the future.❤️❤️❤️

Lovely clean new hotel, we loved the layout for dining and the bar area. Room was clean, we paid extra to overlook the canal which was worth it. Breakfast was expensive but there was a lot of choice and a good variety. The staff were generally all very friendly and helpful. One small ******, we arrived back after a day out and our room hadn’t been serviced. When I queried if this was hotel policy the girl just said they prioritise vacant rooms. Not what you expect in a 4* hotel. To their credit the room was cleaned for the rest of our visit.

Stayed for 3 nights with 2 kids. It was Easter Sunday we checked in and they had lindor bunnies for the kids which was a nice touch. Decor is very cool throughout the hotel. Lovely room, small bathroom but did the job Issue we had was that we couldn’t get the room temperature down from 24 degrees and with no opening windows and 4 people it was far too hot. Spoke with concierge who said they would look into turning the air con on as it’s centrally controlled. Didn’t work. Spoke with them again and they told me maintenance was coming to look at it as we left for the day. When we returned it was still very hot so again spoke with concierge who advised our heating/cooling system was broken. They offered to move our room which was good and we spent the next 2 nights in a room that was slightly better but still a tad warm. Breakfast was decent, buffet with plenty on offer. They have full fat milk for cereal but my daughter only likes semi skimmed, they only had it available on one of the days and you had to ask for it. Seemed odd. Bacon a bit fatty. No apple juice. No waffles or pancakes which is a shame. Staff very nice and attentive. Free arcade games in reception to play Area is nice and quiet but quite a lot of drunk/homeless people in the area

This hotel seemed to be much better value than other hotels in a similar price category. Great location, not right in the bustling centre but easily walkable and right on a canal. Plenty of restaurants nearby on the road into the centre. The rooms aren't huge but are very comfortable with a trendy modern design. Comfortable bed. The bathroom was great with a walk-in rain shower and luxury mini toiletries. Bathrobes and hairdryer provided. Breakfast wasn't cheap at EUR 20 - but Dublin is not a cheap place! The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection ranging from full English to fresh fruits and worth the money.
