Staff at reception were amazing and so helpful. 5 stars for them! Could not do enough for us. Excellent location in the heart of everything. However, our room was very dusty and required some minor maintenance . There was visible dust everywhere which really put me off- light shade was covered, beds, tables. Bed was comfy and the room was warm .

I could not of asked for anything more. I spent my birthday here and Jennifer could not of done more to make this super special. Thank you so much!!
Room was immaculate, staff was unbelievably friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and cooked amazingly. I could not recommend this hotel enough. Thank you so much again, you were simply brilliant!

Lovely property which was in a GREAT location! The staff especially Precious were extremely helpful! The sports bar attached to the hotel was great fun! Only recommendation would be a coat hook in the hotel room!

Location is walking distance to about everything. Market across the street very convenient. Temple Bar is in upscale tourist area. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable, not sure what’s with shower water as it would go from cold to very hot during shower. Found that annoying!

What I liked at the property was the location
What is dislike is that the bedroom was not clean, headboard had stains from previous stay, carpet had fresh stains
You can hear noise all day and night. shower room was not clean, no warm water from the tap, no warm water from the shower, I had to shower in a separate room

The property is clean and fresh. If you travel with with kids, ask rooms at ack side. The bar downstairs is popular in Dublin. Staff is polite, especially Nicolas. Managers are also friendly and always trying to help. Breakfast is good, not so big assor**ent but fresh and delicious. The location is one of the best.

Fantastic location in the heart of Temple bar. Lift was broken during our stay but that was not the fault of the staff. Great breakfast served in a nice clean dining area. Precious was lovely on reception and greeted us warmly when we arrived. We had fizz on arrival and cake in our room. Nice surprise! I had emailed the hotel to inform them we were celebrating our anniversary. Be warned it is in the heart of temple bar and the hotel has its own nightclub so expect noise. Complimentary ear plugs in the rooms amused us! The noise didn’t bother us as we wanted to be in the heart of Temple bar. Didn’t disappoint and we will definitely visit again.
