We had a fantastic time. 2 5 bedded rooms which were very spacious. Rooms themselves were lovely. Location was great. Staff were lovely. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Dublin.

The cleanliness was concerning! There was black mold spots throughout the grout in the bathroom. Also, both the tub and the door were delaminating. The glass on the desk was chipped. There was an oily handprint on the wall.

Our stay here had its ups and downs. When we first arrived at the hotel we were handed a handicap room with a roll away bed instead of the double bed we asked for. While the room was well designed to serve those who need it, it was challenging for us to navigate. Luckily the people at the front desk were extremely accommodating. While they couldn’t change our room the first night, the second day the made sure we were put in a normal double bed room. The only other problem is that the pillows were terrible, otherwise the experience was good.

This hotel is in an ok location to get to stuff. For the price i am not sure but Dublin is expensive. Our room was small . ( even after an upgrade) but quiet , comfortable. Food in the restraunt was good.

Stayed at Parnell Sq. In May 2024. It was a good value. Walked to Upper Oconnell most days. It wasnt far at all. Ubers (freenow ) is readily available. Easy to make our 3 tours with differing tour groups on Oconnell. Nice city!
