Jeśli chcesz leżak, musisz dostać się na basen o 8 rano, jak na hotel tak duży, jest bardzo mało leżaków! ! ! 30/11 rano codziennie przybywa duża grupa nastolatków, aby skorzystać z basenu (nie są gośćmi), są bardzo hałaśliwi i mogą nurkować i zasadniczo robić to, co chcą? ? Dzisiaj było ich 4 na ramionach, prawie uderzając dwoje małych dzieci! ! Ich lider grupy zachęca ich??? Psują to wszystkim, gdy przejmują basen! ! Wszyscy są niezadowoleni, ponieważ nie ma gdzie usiąść! !

very good family hotel, near maro world, which is really amazing, pool area fantastic with bali beds, servcie overall very friendly, beaches in 5-10 minutes walk, we spent 7 great days here, if you have small chlidren i recomend the beach from Valamar President. Overall Valamar Hotels in Croatia excellent. Bus station near Hotel, so you can easily reach Dubrovnik old town.

Very nice hotel. The location is just fantastic very close to the sea and thé city center. Bus every 15 min. Activities for children amazing. Very nice room. People very nice and helpful. A special thanks to Nevenka who helps us to organise visits all around. It was beautiful

We had a wonderful time at Valamar Tirena. The personnel was very friendly and nice, the room with park view wonderful, a huge variety of food for breakfast and dinner including live cooking and the white house wine is highly recommended. At the kids club Maro World, my daughter had each evening after dinner the opportunity to play (we usually went each day out for the beach and other excursions). Also the trips organized at the hotel were great. To recommend the morning safari to the caves and Mostar and the Kravice Waterfalls. My daughter enjoyed, she even wants to stay longer and come next year again.

Upon arriving reception, Marija oberan, srðan, and jerko greeted me. The bellboy Petar was also very helpful. They were very friendly and welcoming. They were very informative and also helpful. The rooms were spectacular. SeaView was amazing. The food was delicious. No complaints at all. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Dubrovnik. Best hotel, friendly and helpful staff.

Incredible staff, place and entertainment for both adults and kids. From the moment we arrived the staff in the reception were friendly and extremely informative about the hotel and local area. The restaurant staff were also very attentive and friendly as were the staff in the bars and around the pool. Maro club was just the best place for the kids to go and have fun in a very safe environment, with so much for them to do. The reception went over and beyond to help us check out as we had a late afternoon transfer. We will definitely be back and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Amazing hotel , sensational facilities for kids and adults . So accommodating and nothing is an issue . The staff are so friendly especially Mario and Josip in the pool restaurant. We couldn’t thank them enough for providing an amazing week

We are just home after 10 days at this hotel. It honestly exceeded all of our expectations. From the minute we arrived, there was little gifts for our 2 girls. The hotel is pristine, so clean and modern and in my opinion, it was even nicer in person than in the photos. The pool area is just beautiful. The attention to detail was exceptional - the free nappies and swim nappies in the toilets for children and little steps for the sinks to wash their hands. Free phone charging station at the pool. So many little details that just made it that bit extra special. The staff were top class. My 3 year old daughter made friends with so many - special mention to Ivana in the restaurant and of course Milan. What started as a simple hello, ended in hugs and kisses by our last day. 🥹 Maro world is like nothing I have ever seen before. Again, it is immaculately clean and so well thought out for children. It is a child’s heaven. Special mention to the girls here too - Nikolina, Milla and Cveta. They made such a huge fuss of my daughter’s last day. Gave her lots of little gifts to take home, big hugs and kisses and an ice cream. The kindness and generosity of everyone completely blew us away. My only regret is we were unable to book our holiday for next year as the bookings are not available yet. We are absolutely hoping to return next year. Thank you all so much for a fantastic trip. My eldest daughter said her favourite part of the trip is when Maro hugged her. 💕
