przyjechaliśmy tam o 2 w nocy i wymeldowaliśmy się dopiero o 10 rano. Mamy nadzieję zostać dłużej, ale nasz czas jest ograniczony. Ale naprawdę uwielbiam ten hotel, serwują śniadanie w formie bufetu, a dzieci też uwielbiają tu nocować, nawet one. mam darmowy piękny breloczek do kluczy i kapcie do pokoju pandy dla dziecka, nawet jeśli nie spędzamy tutaj popołudnia, dali nam popołudniowe przekąski, na pewno wrócę i zatrzymam się tu ponownie.

A cute little hotel in a great location. Close to so many shops and the beautiful rivers and bridges. Easy walk from the train station and all the shops, restaurants , and several places of interest are within walking distance. A fun panda theme throughout with a simple and tasty breakfast.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly to assist us with our needs. Room was clean and spacious. However, it was rather cold at times although the warmer was switched on. Location of the hotel was within the bustling Yang Liu He street.

Room is upgraded to main building.
Lights quite dimmed in room.
At 10+pm a group of tour come in and was talking loudly at reception which can be heard clearly in the room.
Lasted for ＞15mins.
Room is clean and size is nice for a person.
Check out at 1pm which is also good.

Excellent service from the hotel staff! They assisted us to check-in and upgraded our room for free because we had alot of luggage. The front desk helped to add a heater in our room when we feedback that the room was cold. Overall great experience, will definitely choose this hotel.

Do not welcome foreigners at all, asked for covid test immediately when we arrived. The thing is, I called to asked if we needed a covid test before going on our trip, and they said no but when I arrived the wanted the covid test because we are foreigners. She only let us in because I spoke in Chinese and confronted her about the phone call. Gave me such a bad impression, not to mentioned that the room was super cold. The heater was not working properly. We were freezing in the room. The breakfast was good, the aunty there was friendly unlike the front desk staff. I probably won’t go back there again for discriminating against foreigners. I don’t see them asking covid test from their Chinese customers.
