Unfortunately, we had to move our travel plans back one day so I called the hotel to change the arrival date to the following day. I was told that because we used *******, a third-party broker, to book the hotel it was too late to cancel or move the reservation so there was nothing they could do to help us. Now we lost the pre-paid funds for the hotel. It left a bad taste so we wound up staying somewhere else.

Our stay was short but we can’t say enough good things-staff was friendly and available, the snack shop was a great idea, the room and common areas were super clean. the best part was the breakfast-lots of great choices and details were well thought out. the food was great! we would highly recommend this hotel and the price made it even better!

We checked in on Saturday afternoon and was the only ine in our group to be required to pay a deposit. And later that evening while we were in the pool the sign posted said that the pool closed at 11pm in weekdays. At 11:02 a worker came in screaming fir us to get out of the pool. Their exact words were "The pool is closed! Everyone Out Now!" Then we went to bed for the evening and the unit would not hold a temp at all.the rooms were 72° F and we set it to 66 and it would not drop below 70. We also asked for a late checkout and were told at noon. We had someone knocking on the door at 11:01 AM saying we were tokd to checkout at 11 and i told the worker we asked for a late checkout and they were not informed. For theoney ive had alot better for alot less.

This is a favorite hotel. They only had one desk clerk/manager for the evening following a Michigan night game and full hotel, hopefully that gets fixed. He did a great job though!

Check in needs to improve.We arrived after 11pm following a Michigan football game. The sole person on duty was upstairs assisting a guest, we called the hotel phone and he came down after 10 minutes. By that time, there were 10 people in line. How can you not fully staff the front desk on such a Saturday night? Anyone could have gotten in. He did a steller job once he got behind the desk. I felt bad for the man.

Breakfast was very good; training room was very good.
There was no computer in the business center, rendering it completely useless; the staff doesn't seem to know everything that's going on - - they told me that the training room was open 24 hrs but it's only open from 6AM to midnight; i told the desk clerk about no computer in the business center, he had no idea that it was missing and could provide no estimate of its return
Overall, it was OK and I would consider staying there again when I return for my next visit

I thought the stay was very unorganized. They had trouble finding my reservation. The gentleman that I dealt with seemed like he was unconvinced to check me in.
Also, the pillows and beds were AWFUL!! also everytime the A/C next on it made the LOUDEST banging noise for about 30 seconds straight. Which caused us to wake up every single time, on the chance that we actually feel asleep. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel at a great price. The bathroom was super nice - big shower, not a tub with a shower curtain you don’t want to touch. Clean and comfy bedroom.
