Excellent hospitality! The motel has a good location, it is very clean and tidy. The host is so helpful and provides us with some attraction routes, which is more interesting than driving through the highway! And Rocky (Labrador) is soooo cute! We will definitely recommend this motel to our friends!

We prepaid during booking but reception still required us to pay the rental fee. We have to contact customer service to arrange the refund. Hope the agents can communicate better in the future.

Molly & the team were super accommodating and lovely to meet. Always wonderful to chat to and super helpful. My 1 year old son and I travelled alone and her and their trainee kindly helped me with luggage and settling in. This is my first time in Dunedin and what a delight it was staying here. Staff are amazing. Family friendly; clean, warm and close to shops in walking distance. Definitely recommend and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Alexis team for making our trip that more enjoyable.

Convenient location for Dunedin city centre, but also easy to get to. Clean and well equipped rooms, with enthusiastic management.

Location is good, few minutes walking time to shopping mall, supermarket and restaurant. Living space is big enough and a quiet environment. Everything is good.

Super clean and tidy motel located on one of the main streets with dairy shop and restaurants across the street. Walkable distance to town center to visit the train station, museum etc. easy parking and very friendly owner and the team.
