I wanted to put negative review for this property's service and integrity, but I was unable to do it because at least I have to give 1 star for the service.
Issues : When we arrived at the property, we were being asked by the hotel supervisor to cancel our booking via trip.com and pay the hotel directly at discounted price. The hotel claimed that trip.com treating this hotel very badly. So they want us to cancel via trip.com and pay directly to the hotel so that the hotel can save the commission that charged by trip.com. We insisted that we would not be doing that.
But the hotel kept pressuring/forcing us to do it even though we have declined to do that for about 10 minutes in that conversation ( verbally declined to do it for more than 10 times). We can see clearly the hotel is not happy at all. This property is locating at dessert ( we are in the middle of no where).
After we declined their request for more than 10 times, later on, the hotel also cancelled the taxi that they booked in advance for us that will pick us to the airport the next morning by giving a lot of nonsense reasons. The hotel also used different way to chase us out from the hotel later on. We have insisted we will stay here as we have planned for it and also we are in the middle of no where. We felt our safety in danger. The hotel supervisor is behaving aggressively in the conversation.
Conclusion: I have resolved my transport issue and continue to stay one night. I am not sure what they will do the us or accuse us later on by saying we have damaged the property or others. I just want to lodge a report here to protect ourselves. Also, I have recorded a video for this property to substantiate that we have not damaged the property. I would appreciate trip.com investigate this particular hotel property to avoid the same issues happen to other tourists. Thank you.
