Front Desk clerk was very polite and helpful. The room was clean.
Tye beds were awful, the room was really run down (carpet stained, frayed through to sub flooring, jet tub did not hold water), breakfast was really simple. Not what was expected for the high price.

I was very dissapointed with the room we were put in. It was a handicap room ? Why would we be put in a handicap room? The bed was about 18" off the floor and very uncomfortable, with 1 chair in the room where you couldn't see the TV. The Inn was all but empty so I really don't understand! On a positive note the staff was very nice and helpfull.

Nice pool and Hot tub, friendly staff. Dislike was beds
. Mattresses were horrible. Need replacement. Hotel in general is aged and outdated, but acceptable except for the very uncomfortable beds

This is my 2nd trip here. 1st time was to move my daughter into SUNY Fredonia, this time was for Family & Friends weekend. I’ll be back on Thanksgiving weekend & this time I’m bringing the dogs to visit their “Sissie”. The staff is never anything polite & helpful. The hotel is clean. Super convenient to the college, Lake Erie & only an hour or so from Niagara.

Good short stay passing through. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast. The carpet in the room was filthy but everything else seemed fine for our short stay.

I have stayed at this place 4 times in 2 years as it is near my daughters college. Three out of 4 times the hot tub was broken “waiting over a month for the part”
I paid $300 for one night and the spa was broke and the pool area was freezing as was the water

Only 1 mile from SUNY Fredonia. Maybe 1.5-2 miles to Drive nkirk oier on Lake Erie. Lots to do. Plenty of amenities nearby. No elevator on this property but 1st floor rooms were available for anyone who needed one.

Staff very friendly and room was clean but bed was saggy, room smelled musty, windows screwed shut. Breakfast was plastic wrapped breakfast sandwiches and pastries.
