Hampton Inn Dunn

Overall stay was okay. There was alit of hair in the bathroom. All all in the shower, toilet, & sink.

When I bent over to pick up a piece of paper,left from previous quests( in the bathroom) there was goobs of hair on the floor. When my husband tried to take a shower the drain back up because it was draining so slowly. The location and staff were great but it could use more cleanliness.

No sleep The heater was loud and cycled on and off all night I reacted to something in the room and sinuses were painful all night This resolved as soon as I got out of the room in the morning. Plus no Tylenol available at the front desk. Pretty much nothing available at front desk.

Upon arrival the sink had dirty water in it with a bar of soap in the bottom. I could not get the sink to drain. I stayed 2 nights and no one came to service my room to clean it nor fix this.

It wasn’t the quality that were used to at Hampton hotels. The room was outdated and clean-ish. It was decent for a night but wouldn’t want to stay longer.

Hotel rooms need renovations, breakfast was 20 minutes later than it was suppose to be :)

The staff was great. Friendly, courteous and helpful. The property was clean and well taken care of.

Check in, the staff and the breakfast was great. Never stayed in a Hilton before. I’m hooked!

I booked this king bed room several months ago. When we got there they didn’t have any king beds lady and said they had a new system and it overbooked the entire hotel. It smelled like sewage in the hall and then later smelled like smoke. The front desk said it was a fan outside that overheated. We stayed because it was passed midnight when we got there, but as soon as we woke up the next morning we left and got another hotel. I lost all the money I pd for this one! Never will stay again!!
