Overall I love the hotel. The bed is ok. The breakfast was excellent! What I don’t like is paying $20 per day for parking and having to pay $4.95 per day for Wi-Fi.

The bathroom drain didn’t drain, called for maintenance and they didn’t fix drain. We stayed two nights and this was never fixed and probably still isn’t. Breakfast was not as good as it could have been. The eggs were runny and didn’t have a real egg texture, not sure they were real eggs. There also was not any good variety of hot food for breakfast.

For the price, the Embassy Suites did not meet my expectations. It was an average facility with a big price tag.

It was a great option from us close to Atlanta downtown. The area next to the hotel has plenty of options for shopping and dining and we were able to get to the express way in less than 2 mins.

Arrived at 9 pm, several people trying to check in, only on employee at the counter. Got my key, went to the room and it wasn’t ready, pillows full of saliva and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Went to change the room, more people in the line also to change their rooms and I was told that I had to wait. Decided to leave that very same night due to the poor service. Management didn’t want to work with me, so I didn’t get a refund. Would avoid.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tatiana and the housekeeping team! It so nice to be in a place where customer service is stellar and you are really put first! They did such an amazing job. 2nd time staying here. No complaints. Clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was so-so. The cook did not follow through with directions for my omelet but I won’t lose sleep over it. I’d stay again.

The room was very spacious had a nice layout. Comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was amazing!! Nice selection, the made to order was the highlight. The hot tub was not working properly but we were able to use it. We did find a roach in the bathroom but they immediately sealed a crack and sprayed. No further issues after that. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was also another bonus. We were able to get to the mall, Walmart, and a restaurant without needing to Uber. I will definitely stay here again.
