Conveniently located next to Paseo Durango where you can go shopping, watch a movie, eat at one of the restaurants, and grab dessert/coffee

Located in a shopping mall so all day unless it’s passed midnight it super busy to enter and exit the parking lot. Entrance to park was so confusing and horrible. No directions on how to enter the basement parking. We literally went around in circles for 15mins. The water pressure was horrible in the shower and faucet. I think I still have shampoo in my hair. The ticket we paid for parking wasn’t working

Hotel was very clean and confortable and then the beds were on the small side of things plus it’s website advertised shuttle service to and from the airport but wasn’t tags and title

In general is good place to stay, I had 2 rooms one of them the A/C was not working, the staff said that they will send maintenance and they never showed up.

Great home away from home, cleanliness, safe, secured, the best location bar none and lots of great Restaurants and activities within walking distance . Best shopping location. The staff set the tone for our visit and continue throughout the stay to be an amazing help.

Good hotel but some very annoying issues, the hotel key have me problems everyday. It didn’t work constantly which was very inconvenient and annoying. Same issues with the parking passes which can honestly ruin your mood and delay plans. Another annoying issue was when I had breakfast, they asked for my room number and then I got a knock and my door followed by an awkward elevator ride with the waiter to the front desk because apparently you have to ask to get charged for a credit ahead of time and refunded the difference later, would be nice to know upfront when checking in, made me feel like a criminal. Won’t stay here again but the hotel is nice and clean, they just need to improve some things for a pleasant experience.
