My room was dirty. A lot of dust. Dirty windows and floors. Spiderwebs everwhere. Dirty window drapes. And rooms smell like mold and old water pipes or canals... I asked if they can clean the room and the answer was: i am the only one complaining. And i should know its a 3 star hotel and in their opinion 3 star hotels can be dirty. so not realy profesional staff.

Very nice welcome, room was comfortable, everything worked, cute little gem in walking distance to everything incl. train station, restaurants and bars (old town). Just be aware that the elevator will be shut off during the night and the reception will not be open during night times as well.

Clean and comfortable but basic hotel, ideal for a reasonably priced stay in the Altstadt in Dusseldorf. Plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby and with great transport links. Breakfast in the hotel is continental style.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Midden in het oude stads centrum van DD, en uitgaand buurt. Niet veel verwachten van het hotel maar alles is oké, en het ontbijt is zeer gevarieerd.

nous avons séjourné une nuit ici car nous avions un concert au thonhalle de Düsseldorf . l hôtel est un peu vieillot mais cela lui va bien. excellent emplacement pour découvrir la ville. en plein dans la vieille le tonhalle est à 2 min à pieds. tram a 2 min aussi. la literie est très correcte. attention il est situé dans une rue piétonne avec pas mal de bar donc ambiance le soir jusqu a 2h du mat. ceci dit on a apprécié aussi ce côté là. pizza à 6 euros à 10 mètres. super sympa. le personnel de l hôtel souriant et gentil. insonorisation des chambres ça va. cela dépend aussi du voisin lol. on avait la 34 . chambre au 3eme on entendait rien de la rue quasiment. douche WC OK. serviettes et gel douche. par contre mention super pour le petit déj du matin ! y avait de tout ! on a vraiment été agréablement surpris ! c était super bon et bien varié ! pour le passage d une à 2 nuits , vu son prix et son petit déj , je recommande cet hôtel !
