Ich war vollkommen zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Unterkunft bot eine erstklassige Erfahrung in jeder Hinsicht. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber, der Service war hervorragend und das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls ideal, da es in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Annehmlichkeiten lag. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen!

Prima hotel, nette schone kamers, goed bed en tv met Nederlandse kanalen
Prima ontbijt met keuze tussen continantaal en English breakfast.
Gratis parkeerplaatsen
Veel goedkoper dan vergelijkbare hotels in Essen tijdens de beursperiodes.

I was stayed that hotel more than 10 times it was my favourite destination at düsseldorf however I was dissapointment last two vacation. The front desk personel is too competent if I couldnt insist I couldnt make our check in and we stayed out the door at 11.30pm. Aditional that the new decoration is unfunctional that the big room
getting small. Thirdly the cleaning is terrible

I went from having my flight cancelled at the gate, to the ******* website, to being in a large comfortable room in the space of an hour. Convenient for the airport, this is a surprisingly swish and pleasant place to be, especially in the circumstances. Would absolutely stay here on purpose next time.
