hervorragendes Stadthotel in 1a Lage mit sehr hilfsbereitem und freundlichem Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen bald wieder.

Wonderful location. 2 min to U ban. Very friendly wellcome. Room is very clean and modern. Breakfast was very good a wide selection of food. Front desk was very helpful with advices, directions and resevations.I advice this hotel to everyone. Good price for value.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the shower had great water pressure. Wonderful breakfast was included with a great balcony view over looking the square. The front desk gentleman Lucas was wonderful and went above and beyond. He helped us a great deal with making a phone calls to arrange that our tour operator would store our luggage and even walked us outside to show us directions. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel and would definitely stay here again! First, the location is too perfect, right by the Altstadt, Königsallee, Hofgarten, tons of shopping, multiple underground stations, and a short walk to Little Tokyo area. We were continually surprised at how close we were to our hotel at any given moment during our trip here. The staff are also super friendly as well and made us feel welcome, both at reception and in the breakfast room. The breakfast itself was included in our room rate and far exceeded our expectations with how delicious and high quality it was. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had loads of counterspace (which I love!), great water pressure, and the provided shampoo/conditioner/shower gel etc were very high quality and smelled amazing. The air conditioner worked great and the room was very quiet at night. Oh, and the mini fridge was stocked with a variety of drinks which was included in the room rate which was so nice. Check-out time was noon which is later than most hotel check out times which was so nice as it meant we could sleep in even longer on our last day. Staff wore masks and made sure pens used for signing were sanitized. It was great to see Covid procedures followed and that safety of the guests was a priority here. At every opportunity and in every way, this hotel chose to prioritize quality, convenience, and comfort for guests. A stay here is highly recommended!

We booked this hotel with ******* unfortunately they didnt notify us that the hotel had cancelled so we arrived minus bags thanks to Lufthansa losing them at the hotel only to be told that the hotel was closed and they sent an e-mail The hotel manager kindly let us stay with no breakfast or other restaurant /bar facilities being avaible Very nice room awesome location and still had a great stay thanks to the managers kindness

Was für ein schönes Hotel in absolut zentraler Lage am Shadowplatz unweit der Königsallee und Altstadt. Ich hatte ein Premium Zimmer gebucht, mit schönem Blick auf den Shadowplatz. Das Zimmer war absolut sauber und gemütlich. Es gab einen Sessel, eine Minibar und ein schönes großes Bad. Ganz besonders begeistert hat mich das Frühstück und das äusserst aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Personal. Frühstücken bei Sonne auf dem Balkon ist der perfekte Start in den Tag. Das Buffet bietet wirklich alles was man sich wünscht. Update Februar 2024 Diesmal ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, mit Dachterrasse. Was ein tolles Zimmer mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Auch diesmal konnten Service, Sauberkeit, Frühstück und das Zimmer absolut begeistern und überzeugen. Einfach ein schönes und gut geführtes Hotel in toller Lage.

Überwiegende Bestbewertungen kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Das Zimmer war ok, rechtfertigt für sich allein betrachtet aber keinen Preis um über 60% oberhalb beispielsweise des Carat Hotels an der Berliner Allee. Das auf der hoteleigenen Homepage am Wochenende als Champagnerfrühstück mit Live-Pianisten hochstilisierte Frühstück war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Der „Champagner“ war ein billigster Cremant aus dem Supermarkt, der „Live-Pianist“ ein Elektro-Klavier, welches lauter mit den Tasten klapperte, als wirkliche Musik zu machen und eine für den vermeintlichen Standard unzureichende Auswahl an Aufschnitt und Obst. Passt vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in keiner Hinsicht.

Wir sind mittlerweile Stammgäste und genießen hier das kleine, aber feine Ambiente und vor allem den sehr herzlichen Service! Die Zimmer sind modern und gemütlich zugleich, das Personal ausnahmslos zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen immer gern her!

Die Direktion ist eine feige Enttäuschung. Nicht hilfsbereit und garnicht entgegenkomment und nutz das Personal als Abwehrschild um sich selbst keiner konfrontation zu stellen. Sie versuchen nicht mal eine Lösung zu einem Problem zu finden.
