Close to transport and restaurants. Staff only available within certain hour of the day. Is a bit inconvenience but acceptable for the hotel rate.

I did not enjoy my stay at Gastehaus Grupello. I work while I travel and internet is very important to me and the property specifically mentioned they have WiFi. When I got there I forgot to ask for WiFi password before I paid, so I asked and the woman working said the WiFi is out and they are working to get it fixed. She said it will be fixed. In a few minutes I saw some other people who were at the property and they said the WiFi has been out for two days and it was out until the day I was there. If she told me before I paid, I had free cancellation from ******* and could find another place. It was very frustrating because I was there for a work day.
Be careful when you book this property.

The managers were most welcoming and the service is excellent for someone who just needs somewhere to stay the night, not to enjoy the hotel itself. There are no elevators but that should only be a problem if you rented a room on the fifth floor, otherwise it's managable.
Overall, excellent stay. I'd visit again!
