Eins der saubersten Hotels nähe Hafen und preislich sehr gut und für den Service sehe akzeptabel.

Расположение в 30 минутах пешком от центра.
В номере нет капсульной кофемашины, странно для такого уровня отеля. В ванной нет кондиционера для волос. Вообще отель тянет на хорошую трешку, но не более. Больше в нем не остановлюсь, дорого для такого уровня обслуживания.

Really nice hotel in a quiet area near river. The modern design of the room was impressive. Bed was so comfortable , there was free drinks such as water, fruit juices , coffee and tea. On the last day elevator was broken, not convenient to climb down six flights of stairs but not the hotel’s fault. A bit pricey, though

Just terrible..!!! I have travelled to many hotels from the very high end to very simple b&bs, this one stands out by far.. the staff at the reception was unbelievably RUDE.. that’s a shame..!!!! I don’t mean to open up all details as I am too busy right now, but if you have the possibility to choose another hotel, Do Not Hesitate..! They should know that the world has changed and people do not pay money to see the very impolite and rude people.. they better change their attitude or change the job… running a hotel is all about respecting your customers and providing them with the minimum service required..! As if the staff has NEVER heard of the term “Customer Service” ..!!!!!!!

What wonderful modern rooms they have with a bauriful view. I stayed on the 13th floor. Staff is friendly, swift to solve a problem, and to do some extra's is never a problem for them. The restaurant on the topfloor is spectacluar, the food is exquisite and the personel is trying their best to make you feel welcome. I will absolute return. Thank you aal.

View was directly into the staircase of the building next door, which happens, however, the hotel doesn't have any private area's in these room type, so you need to make sure the blinds are down, most of your time in the room. Also there's 2 sets of blinds, one electronic that doesn't go all the way to the bottom which means light is always coming in slightly at night.
A couple of mornings for me were noisy from the room above, I called reception and was quite bluntly told they will send housekeeping and hung up on me mid sentence.
Separately housekeeping came in without knocking twice, even with the do not disturb notification hanging outside.
Overall, I'd choose a better 4*.

A very modern looking building in the middle of Düsseldorf Hafen district. I parked at the UCI cinema, as thought it would be easier, so cannot comment on hotel parking situation. Check-in was smooth and friendly. The room was very nice and clean, even with a small fridge (important feature for my liking). Cooling system in the room which is great and still not your usual thing in Europe so thumbs up for that!!! I was extremely lucky and had a room with a fabulous view of the harbor, just amazing! After check in i headed to the bar (first things first). Oh boy, totally and definitely recommend. Interesting not your every day typical cocktails, gorgeous views and knowledgeable and attentive staff. Loved it. All in all: definitely recommend, wasn’t last time for me. As a tiny minus i would mention that i would have appreciated some kind of slippers in the room, and room service was available only till 10 pm. Also when booking i was promised a ‘welcome drink’ which somehow never happened and was never mentioned and frankly i forgot to ask. But i do have that promise in the booking confirmation. If i might suggest anything it would have been great to be able to order some wine or alcohol to the room after 10 pm especially when the bar was opened till 1 am. But it’s just me. Oh and i couldn’t figure out how to pull up the blinds in the room, but again, it might be just me. Still most probably my choice the next time i’m in town and won’t hesitate to stay there again!
