As a short-stay hotel, everything is within my expectations.
I made a mistake with the room booking, but the hotel would not allow me to move the dates forward by a day. I ended up making a second booking to fit my arrival date. As a result, I paid an extra day, which I did not stay, which is extremely costly.
Trip.com did its best to help, which I was most grateful for. The hotel management definitely has something they have to worry about.
