A real gem of a hotel. Don’t expect your emails to be acknowledged or the phone to be answered through the day but the room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot. The diamond of my stay, without doubt was Steven on nights. His knowledge of the area was immense (what he couldn’t answer, he took the time to google). A kind and caring young man. Thank you Steven.

The manager is very nice. ROOMS ARE VERY CLEAN AS ALWAYS. PLACE IS ALSO VERY QUIET AND. Asd nearby and beautiful river walks. Highly recommend. Car park needs attention but other than that all OK. Thank you

Hotel is quite run down and needs some money spent on it, its also not as close to the airport as I was expecting however it does the job. Was perfect for 1 night. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy which is all I required.

I was staying in this hotel with my partner. It was a very calm and homely environment.The hotel was very clean. The staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, housekeepers were very approachable when I needed help with anything. Room was immaculate. Best hotel I’ve stayed in.

Really nice surroundings The best location wise Bad experience of light not working in the bathroom Notified reception n still not fixed for the following night We had to bath in the dark which is dangerous for help and safety Reception promised to fix but not realised Somewhat disappointing

Hotel was cheap and very clean. The the receptionist Monika was very nice. Hot is situated in very quiet place. Also brekfast bag that I got in the morning was quite decent. I would really recomend this place, even for one night sleep. Positive exerience.

AVOID . Currently on night 2 . Access road is dreadful . Full of big potholes all over . Shower pressure is rubbish . ( the rain outside is stronger). Bathroom door hinges loose and hanging off . Room been decorated but overall very dated . Needs a major overhaul . Defo will not return .
