Very nice place that I would return to but the water supply to the shower in our room stopped for over 24 hours. We asked for a new place to take a shower and the response was far too slow to allow for showering prior to leaving for the airport. Not pleasant after swimming in the ocean the day before. No offer of any sort to make up for the issue.
The location was very good. If it weren't for the poor service, I would give the hotel a 4.5 / 5.0.

The property location and beach chair access is a huge plus. Check in staff are pretty unfriendly and I feel that for the price it would be nice to have some complimentary coffee in the room at a bare minimum. The one beach towel per guest rule is also quite ridiculous when you compare to other hotel offerings.

I like the staff and the room. The furniture can be updated and the restaurant outside can purchase a professional coffee machine. The rest is OK.

This resort was well renovated and nice keeping. The room was cleaned with kitchenette. The area is very quiet and well equipped for seniors. If you want to have fun, better food options and party, this resort is not for you. Stay at high rise or palm beach instead. The island is small and you can explore the whole island in one week.

Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the property. The one negative was that, despite repeated phone calls to reception a problem that we had in the room was never remedied.

Hotel is good for the value. Internet is weak, and not enough chairs/loungers around the pool for ur guest. Rooms are good size.

Overall was a decent experience, I am just having trouble contacting the property about my refund of security deposit which they said would have taken 14days: it’s been over a month now.
