Good service, price and location. We have beautiful memories for family vacation here. The internet speeds are fast.

They have a great marketing team but what you see online is not exactly what you get in reality. Staff was friendly but they are doing multiple different jobs so they are often difficult to locate if you need something. The linens were clean but I'm pretty sure those are the only things cleaned in each room. My son spilled his water and when we wiped the floor to clean it up the towel we used was an very unsettling color afterwards. The breakfast has the options of toast, cereal, or yogurt and it will not be restocked if something runs out but like I said staff are doing the job of multiple people which has to make everything harder. Just dont let the pictures fool you, it's not a crazy good deal, you get what you pay for.

Rooms are pretty small. Beds are super comfy. We were downstairs floor and you heard everything from the upper floor. The room we were in was hardwood floors so i image all the rooms were that way as well which only added to the loudness of the people above us. Not sure if the people above us were just exceptionally loud/rude running back and forth or if there was no sound proofing. Continental breakfast was pointless. They didnt offer coffee 24hrs and was put away before 9:30am. Would have been nice to have an entry rug for the room to stop the snow from being tracked in while bringing in luggage.

It’s off season so it wasn’t crowded which aided in the stay feeling very quiet and relaxed. I had no issues at all. Check in and out was easy. The room was nice. The pool area could use some love but I wasn’t expecting much there.

Comfortable beds, clean, nicely appointed. They are cool about letting me check in slightly early so I can sleep before working a midnight shift. Bath and body works shampoo and conditioner is a huge PLUS.

A weekend get-away, and my daughter and I wanted an indoor pool. Seasons Inn did not disappoint! We had a fabulous time in the lovely small pool AND hot tub. Off-season price was amazing. The room was updated and very comfortable. The distance in to Traverse City was reasonable. Great Hotel!

The first big disappoin**ent was when I came in to check in. There was no one at the front desk. There was a sign that said "for immediate service call . . . (phone number given)." That was very annoying. What if a person didn't have a cell phone? Fortunately, I did. I called and someone came up to help me within probably 7 minutes. Then the breakfast this morning . . . . better off not to have one. It was ridiculous. Piece of bread you could toast, coffee, and that was about it. Luckily all I needed last night was a bed, a tv, and a bathroom, because that's all I got. I do understand though. The price was very low.

Very clean & beds & pillows were very comfortable. Updated rooms with Bath & body works lotion, shampoo & conditioner. Breakfast was ok, not many choices. Pool & Jacuzzi was relaxing & clean. Price was reasonable, would definitely stay again.
