The condo was nicely accomidating except there was only a half a roll of toilet paper and no coffee for the coffee maker. The renovation was just a cover up. Things like the baseboards, the tub drain and door hinges were in terrible shape, i didnt even want to touch the drain. The other thing was it wasnt that clean, the floors were very dirty. My feet were grayish black after walking trought the condo once (from living room to bedroom. Also there were many dried spills on the floors. They definitely havent been properly mopped in a long time. Good things, the bedroom linen was nice. The young girl at the front desk was lovely and very sweet. The price was pretty good. We went in November though so it was off season. I dont know if ill come back.

The woman manning the front desk was wonderful. If she isn't the manager she should be. But the hotel itself is in dire need of a facelift or wrecking ball. Furniture scratched and scuffed. The door to my room let sunlight through. The room was tiny and has two mismatched chairs. Just felt like it's days are numbered there.

I kind of want a partial refund. I paid $450 and I feel I was cheated. There were so many spiders in my room which most likely means bed bugs. The sink barley worked. I had to inform employees about a fire in the parking lot. Every time I left my room I had to get a new key because they stopped working. I’m not impressed and want my money back.

Room was comfortable, clean, and well-lit. There were lights in multiple places with bright bulbs.

Carpet was wet under and in front of the sink and made our feet black, musty/mold smell in our room really aggravated our allergies, tub wouldn't drain and the grass outside really needed to be mowed. We checked out early and they charged us an extra night, even though we gave the office 24 hours notice.
The bed was really comfy though.

It was dirty. There were tiny black hairs all over and it smelled like animal piss. It felt like it needed to be well vacuumed for once. There was also a bad gnat problem that made it difficult for my young daughter to eat anything.
