There was Bed Bugs in the room and I was forced to drive an hour and a half home. At least the staff was quick to refund me. Now awaiting my money back from Trip.com

Carpet and bed were clean and comfortable. Shower pressure is weak. The room's pretty bare - could have more art and another seating arrangement. One lamp missing bulb. TV setup is old - not even cable. Biggest issue is that the doors have gaps and need to be plugged with a towel to keep it from making noise. Also seems they book all tenants in adjacent rooms. At night there's no one to report noise problems to, such as loud TV that was on until 4am.

Easy check in. Friendly helpful staff. Coffee and breakfast at a great price. I'm sure the seasonal pool is awesome but unfortunately I'm here in the winter. Overall for the price it's awesome.

Staff goes above and beyond to help out making everything easier and more relaxing. Staff also keeps the hotel very clean.

Dated hotel, trying to fix up it seems. But our bathtub was very dirty, bathroom needs redone. Room smelled musty and funky. Floor was sticky.

Our stay was quiet and the room was acceptable. Not much choice for breakfast but satisfactory. Would have been nice to have an elevator, but since our room was on the 2nd floor, we can't complain. All in all a nice stay.

I like this hotel. The only thing that bothered me was that there was smoking in the hall which filtered into my room.

The entire room was in desperate need of a complete remodel. The ceiling was all water stained. The bathtub/shower was all discolored and stained, etc….
The property was not kept up and it wasn’t in the nicest area. We were in the room for about an hour and decided to move to a different hotel because we honestly didn’t feel safe! I would not recommend staying here
