I didn’t like that I had to deal with payments right away. This is why I gave my credit card that was in hotels system so why paying upfront? I had to fill out car registration number and then there was a strange question about the car I didn’t understand why the hotel needs it. Than I decided to pay with another card but the policy is that the card needs to be part of the system. My card was then blocked because of strange transaction. Many things happened that I had never in Hotels. I was very sick that evening and had high fever. That’s why I thought everything is to much. Being sick I didn’t know if I have to stay one more day. The receptionist said that I can ask for one 1 more day. That’s not a problem. In the morning I decided to go anyway but I have kindly asked, being sick, for 1 more hour before check out to be able to rest a little bit longer and to make my packing not so stressful. But the request was denied. Overall experience was not good. But I also have to mention that I did get a fridge for my medicine. Which was nice. Overall it’s a nice little hotel but the rules need to be more flexible. When you se a guest in need, you help him. That was missing.
