Check in was easy, quick, & friendly, with the usual, expected, incidentals fee (in this case, $20). However, when I looked at my bank statement, I noticed an unknown, $140 charge, that nobody could explain to me in any meaningful way. Simply stating it would likely disappear. I found this very odd, as the actual charge for the room was prepaid on a completely different bank card. It somehow takes only 5 seconds to charge my card an "unknown" fee of $140, but will now take about 5 business days (or thereabouts) to refund the mystery charge, if it even occurs. We'll see... 🤔

I arrived just after 8pm and the room was not ready. They had staffing problems and did not clean or replace the towels or empty the trash after our day one. Breakfast for 2 was not on their file and I had to prove I booked it.

Hotel was overbooked and they sent me to another hotel. Not what you want to hear at midnight after a long day of traveling.

Room was not the clearness.. bed look like the sheets haven't been changed out in a ling time. Head desk eating while checking us in.. no free coffee .. paid 4.76 for aaeful cup of coffee..

This hotel botched our reservation and actually gave our room to someone else. The staff was rude and the Residence Inn they sentenced us to was disgusting - not clean and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. WORST EXPERIMENT WITH MARRIOT EVER!

Smells like perfume in the hotel lobbies. Made my head ache. Only ice machine working was close to reception. It was quiet and had great blackout curtains.

First walkin, I wanted 20minutes for the girl at the counter to address me. she was typing on the computer. She did not event acknowledge me so I just waited. Then getting my was fine and great. But trying to go for a swim was not possible as it was broken down. Just said pool not in service, so other reason. ICE, it was a hot day and I could not fill up water with ICE. ALL EVERY FLOOR machine was not working. comfortable rooms but amenities are not even working in JULY! and it is a busy weekend every year. Nowhere on the web site did it say no pool and no ice.

Have used this hotel several occasions ... Continental Breakfast is gone ... food purchases can no longer be paid in CASH ... Pool / Hot tub still unusable several years now, said the Health Dept hasn't been available to Inspect Repairs ＞＞＞ if they're not available to Inspect Repairs, they're likely not available to police non-conforming usage either. My gripes are minor and I will return.
