Great value property on budget. Very clean. Just needs a/c in rooms for warmer nights. Nice and close to shopping and dining.

The staff were friendly and really helpful. But booked a King Room, was told on arrival there were none available, that's fine, didn't really matter but then no air con in the room I was given or the dressing gown that the listing said it had. It also said a mini bar but there was just two bottles of water, couldn't find a mini bar. The bathroom was dirty, the basin was clean but the toilet and shower looked like they'd been missed altogether along with the urine drips on the floor by the toilet. Overall it did the job just not what I was expecting at all.

Friendly reception, Place was clean, bathroom OK. Bed and linen excellent. BIG problem here was, no chair or seat at all, and, worse, our front door made of glass and the outside light shone into the room all night. Other windows had flimsy curtains and outside lights on street also disturbed our sleep. Lucky we only had one night there.

Great service…only recommendation is to put blinds up for the doors as it lets in lots of light from the carpark.
