Premier Inn Eastbourne Town Centre

I stayed here for one night with my 2 children. The room was spotlessly clean and really big. Check in was easy, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We all had a good night's sleep in the super comfy beds. We had breakfast the next morning which was lovely. Hot food cooked to order, good size portions, plenty of choice. We liked the atmosphere in the restaurant, very relaxing and we didn't feel rushed.

The staff were really nice and go out of their way to make your stay exceptional especially dawn she is so nice and is a wonderful character the food is great quality and good for your money will definitely stay again

Was such a great time was the first time we got together as a family and the staff were amazing especially dawn she went out of her way to make our stay and experience the best it was so nice to be treated so well and the respect that people should be treated on a stay in a place where I have never been

The way staff accommodated me without prejudice of my mobility differences without me feeling uncomfortable and all staff provided relevant and helpful suggestions regarding the storage and charging of my mobility scooter. I didn't feel there was over complications of the situation. Truly thank you.

Excellent we have stayed here several times Staff are great had spoken to Josh regarding a certain room and he had reserved for us Thank You Didn’t eat here on this occasion being honest have should have stayed for dinner as ate out very disappointed They gave my husband his Birthday card and Malteses which he really enjoyed Thanks once again we will be back when in Eastbourne which won’t be long as love that area

Stayed at the Inn with a walking companion upon our completion of the South Downs Way. Arriving tired, we were warmly greeted us and explained that the Inn’s systems were in the midst of re-setting following a recent power cut. (she was supervising that as well as greeting us) She also introduced us to staff member Charlotte who subsequently quickly re- configured our room from double to twin configuration (we had mistakenly booked for single occupancy). The room inc en-suite was clean and tidy. Later, Dawn was helpful in telling us about a range of local pubs and restaurants where we could dine. We left quite early the next day so didn’t take up any of the Premier Inn breakfast options. Subsequently, I discovered I’d left a pair of shorts at the hotel so I called and again spoke with Dawn who couldn’t have been more helpful in engaging with me to arrange their return. Overall, the usual consistently good Premier Inn hotel experience heightened by the warmth and helpfulness of Dawn and Charlotte.

We travelled down from Scotland, to help celebrate my brother in laws bday. We arrived at 9 am, very tired, the staff Were so lovely. They took our bags and the birthday cake I had carried all the way. The room was spotless and the location was perfect. Massive thanks to all the staff for being so accommodating and all were always smiling

This was a hotel situated in an excellent location for the buses, trains, and for the seaside. The beds were superb, and seemed much better than those normally provided at the Premier Inns. The most significant factor was the presence of Dawn, a manager on the evening duty shift when we were there, and who made our stay extra special by her friendly and helpful approach and her bubbly personality.

We stayed on a Saturday night in a family room which was quiet and comfortable as with any Premier Inn. At check in we were told we had to book a breakfast time but although it wasn’t even 3pm, the only breakfast slots left were 7, 7.30 and 10.00. However, we we finished breakfast just after 8 and the restaurant was still empty which highlighted to the unnecessary booking system which had made us wake up earlier than needed on a Sunday morning.
