I recently booked a stay at your hotel through Trip [or relevant agency], trusting the information provided in your advertisements. However, my experience was far from what was promised.
1. Your advertisement stated that the swimming pool and sauna were free to use. However, upon arrival, I was told that I could not access these facilities because I had not booked directly with you. This was misleading and unfair.
2. I paid $107 for a one-night stay in a four-star hotel, yet my room did not have a small fridge. Only after multiple requests did the staff provide one.
I feel that I was misled by false advertising, and my experience was not up to the expected standards. Given these issues, I request either a partial refund or a discount on my next booking as compensation. I have been a frequent customer of Trip [or relevant agency] and have booked multiple trips through your platform, but this experience has made me reconsider my trust in your services.
