房間出乎意料的大，百年歷史的建築很有一番味道。前台接待也很友善，感覺很温馨。不足之處是房屋打掃比較慢。

The suite was great. Spacious and had a pretty good view. The breakfast has a lot of room for improvement though.

We loved the vintage decor in the hotel and the suites were very spacious. Our queen bed was not comfortable; it felt very springy and needed an upgrade. Our shower had hot water only for a minute then went freezing cold, then hot again for a minute and back to freezing cold. It was not great at all. The TV remote was difficult to use and the breakfast area was cleaned out by 7:45 in the morning. The location was great for close access to crayola experience. My girls enjoyed the indoor pool.

I am a ******* Gold member and booked an upper level room and was supposed to get upgraded at VIP hotels, well I got a 2nd level room which was very noisy as it faced the lobby area and had hard time sleeping at night.

The Customer service was exemplary. Had a couple housekeeping issues. Rooms are very spacious, minimal furnishings and no decor in our condo. The lobby looks historical and decorated.

No early check in which is a huge drawback given the 4 PM check in time. Room was nice, new, but the heat ducts were only in 1 room. Seems like such a simple engineering flaw to fix. The pool was the highlight.
