This hotel showed up when I filtered for a pool. The hotel did not have a pool or hot tub. This was priced like a high end hotel but was anything but. I ended up with hives everywhere my dress wasn’t while sitting on the couch. The front desk was willing to cancel the night and let us check out but the trip app is still refusing the refund of the second night. There was no apology for couches being wool, as I am allergic.
I spent 3 hours trying to resolve this, so I could get back to my romantic weekend in my home town, only booked for the pool and hot tub.

My stay was wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I choose this hotel every time I come to Eau Claire. It's location is great and I feel very safe there.

Check-in was fast and easy. Employee was friendly and helpful. Building was nicely updated. Room was clean. Breakfast area was well stocked and clean.

Very nice stay. Convenient location. I would recommend dedicated breakfast service as the front desk man was trying to juggle both on a busy Sunday morning.

Easy to get to. Check in was friendly and painless. Spent a quiet night sleeping in a comfortable bed. Offered a typical assortment for breakfast. How good it was set it above other typical breakfasts. I was impressed. Parking was sufficient. I would stay there again.

Room, bathroom, and beds were great. Staff was very friendly. Checkin was fast and easy. Only minor cons were could have had another chair and little more closet space.
