Serenity at Coconut Bay - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Excellent resort with top notch service, amenities, and especially food! The drinks were delicious and we loved trying all the different rums and cocktails. (Dirty Banana is the best!) The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, as were any locals we had the opportunity to interact with. Personally, we felt the music was too loud at various events for being called "serenity". We also wish there were some blackout curtains for the room.

My husband and I had our honeymoon at Serenity at Coconut Bay. The trip was amazing from the moment we arrived to our departure. McCarthy was the best butler. He was so helpful and kind. He set up all of excursions and reservations. All of the staff were so welcoming and fun. The drinks are amazing, the excursion are thrilling, and the food is absolutely delicious. Kevin was definitely the life of the party. We enjoyed the wine tasing and sushi making class that the resort had offered. There is so much to do and you will not want to leave. Our private plunge villa was the perfect getaway to relax. We will be visiting Serenity at Coconut Bay again!

Facilities, staff, and service were outstanding. Retreat-like experience. Very clean. The food was fantastic and a lot of locally sourced veggies and fish on the menu. Big shout out to bartenders Charles, Ray, Kevin and Jonathan (‘coconut man’)—bartenders that quickly remembered guest names and favorite drinks. Quade was our butler and tended to whatever we requested. All of the butlers were topnotch. Gabby, Tyler, Natya, and Joela were exceptional waitresses. Last but not least, Rosie and Patrice did an outstanding job of keeping our room emasculate whilst adding thoughtful detail like the towel animals and reflective phrases. Tips: Outings: ATV tour, chocolat factory, snorkeling, sunset cruises were favorites. ‘Island Tour’ included volcano, sulfur springs, gardens etc was outstanding. Horseback riding and deep sea fishing not so much. Every friday night, there is an island-wide party that if you can muster in your plans, will be quite memorable and fun.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Serenity and it could not have been better! Ethan (our butler), Shirley/Rosey (cleaning ladies), and all of the staff at the great house restaurant (too many to name) and pool bar were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Serenity offered 3 nights of live music in the week we spent here as well as fire dancers, a steel drum class, a catamaran/snorkeling day, and much more. Ethan booked all our excursions and taxis for us so we didn’t have to worry about anything except relaxing and enjoying our time. All of the facilities were clean and the privacy of the plunge pool was very peaceful. The staff in the resort were genuinely some of the kindest we’ve ever encountered at a hotel/resort. Being 5 mins from the airport is a huge perk too!

Serenity is by far the best place we have ever been. We spent our honeymoon there last week and it could not have been better. The place, the staff, the food, the drinks. Nothing could’ve beaten this place. Our butler Davidson helped us book some extra excursions and they were just amazing! He even helped me find some coconut oil to bring home. Shout out to Tyler for brining us some Pitons to take home too! We loved this place and I’m already looking at coming back! Shoutout to Kevin, Ray, Jonathon, Lee, and Delon for making this stay amazing and keeping the drinks coming! We’re missing the coconut and strawberry coladas already! We cannot wait to come back!

We cannot recommend Serenity at Coconut Bay enough. The resort is beautiful, clean, and the people are so friendly. My husband and I came here on our honeymoon. It was an unforgettable experience and one we will remember forever. Upon arrival you are given a welcome drink and a tour from your butler. If you are lucky enough to get McCarthy your stay will be even better. McCarthy was an amazing butler. He was so helpful and made sure our trip was a trip of a lifetime. He planned everything we wanted and more. The staff is so nice and they care about all the guests. Sunday Funday and The Rum Tasting were a few of our favorite things. The host Kevin was funny, energetic and made sure everyone felt included. As someone with a Gluten Allergy the waitstaff was so helpful. They made sure to make whatever meals they could Gluten Free and their Gluten Free Bread was amazing! We were lucky enough to have the grand romance package. The package had so many excursions to help us learn more about St. Lucia and to add to our relaxing trip. If we could rate Serenity at Coconut Bay higher than a 5 we would. We are counting down the days until we can come back to the beautiful island of St. Lucia and stay at Serenity at Coconut Bay.

From the moment we arrived at the resort, we felt like we were apart of the Serenity family. We were greeted by our butler, Ali, with a coconut drink. As we went to our suite, we knew we were in paradise. Between the waterfall private plunge pool, the hammock, the stocked bar, and the comfortable bed, we were in heaven. The suite itself was everything we hoped for and more. That was just the beginning. Serenity truly has the best and most accommodating staff. We would like to give shout outs to Ali, Kevin, Ray, Ethan, Sabby, and Johnathon for going above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel welcomed. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. We never had a bad meal at the Greathouse (right on Serenity property). As Serenity guests, we also had the option of going to the property across the street (Coconut Bay) to use their pools and eat at their restaurants. Serenity had daily entertainment and theme nights. We had a lot of fun with those! Since we booked at least 7 nights, we had the grand romance package. This included amazing pool and beach cabanas, a private island tour, a couples massage right in our suite, a pool cabana dinner, and a sunset cruise. All of these were incredible and we couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon. Ali was an amazing butler and she treated us like family. She was so accommodating and set us up with an amazing itinerary. We didn’t have to plan a thing! We are sad to be leaving paradise, but we are already thinking of when we’re coming back! Thank you for everything, Serenity.

I don’t even know where to begin! We spent 6 days at Serenity and it wasn’t nearly long enough. We were greeted upon arrival with fresh coconuts with local rum. Our room wasn’t quite ready, but we were seated at the pool bar and our every need was taken care of while we waited. We were taken to our room, which was the mid level of the 3 options. It was absolutely perfect for our stay - the rainfall shower head was so soothing after a long day at the pool. We spent half our mornings eating room service breakfast on our patio and almost all our evenings in our private plunge pool. It couldn’t have been more secluded or perfect to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We ventured off the resort 4 times for various excursions - couples escapade, ziplining, the sunset cruise, and the ATV tour. Upon return, we were greeted with room service lunch or snacks, if requested, within minutes of our arrival. When we weren’t off the resort, we were in the pool or lounging by the pool. I questioned whether not being on the beach bothered me and honestly, I never missed it! The resort offers plenty of entertainment and theme nights during the week. The fire dancers and the live music were among our favorites. Two stepping under the Caribbean sky was one of the highlights of our week. Now for the real stars of this review - first up, our butler McGregor! We have nothing but incredible praises for this guy! He anticipated needs before we voiced them. Dinner reservations were made without us having to request them. On the date of our anniversary, we came back from our excursions to a tray of sweets, fresh fruit, a bottle of champagne, and a bubble bath waiting for us! I would shoot him a message requesting snacks/lunch when we were en route from excursions and he made it happen every time. We hung out pool side until the last possible minute and my final request was coffee cheesecake and a red velvet tiramisu pool side. He brought it to our lounge chairs with plenty of time to indulge before we had to leave. We can’t say enough good things about him and will absolutely be sure to request him on any future trips. Second - Ray at the bar! He was quick with drinks and incredibly personable. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to see him on our final day to thank him for everything. Finally, our housekeepers Patrice and Rosey. It was so cool coming back to the room after turn down service and seeing what towel creations and notes awaited us. This review doesn’t touch on every individual that took care of us during our 6 day stay. The level of service was remarkable every step of the way and we can’t wait to return. The only thing we would change this trip is our length of stay - 6 days wasn’t nearly enough for everything the resort and the island have to offer!

What an amazing experience! We visited serenity for our honeymoon. Unfortunately we got caught in Hurricane Beryl. What would’ve been a very scary experience was made so much better thanks to the incredible staff at Serenity. They remained calm, kept us informed, and always had a smile on their face through such a stressful time. The staff is what really makes this place so special. Every person we passed said hello and greeted us with a smile. Every person we encountered had such a great sense of humor and really connected with us. Butler service- WOW. Our butler Kimberly was the absolute best. She was so helpful without being intrusive, anticipated our needs and delivered such special treats for us without being asked. She would remember what we enjoyed and set up special evenings for us before we asked. When all of our excursions were canceled due to Beryl, we were so sad thinking we wouldn’t get to experience any of them. Kimberly expertly crafted our final 3 days to fit in every single thing we wanted to do! She made this trip so special and more than we expected. Wait staff & bartenders - Every employee here goes above and beyond. Kevin a fantastic emcee and bartender he kept us entertained and put on a fantastic rum tasting night! He also makes some of the best cocktails. His sense of humor was one of the best parts of our pool days! Charles the expert bartender was such a pleasure to see around the resort and always kept the delicious drinks coming! He never passed by without a fist bump and checking on how we were doing. Ray the wonderful pool butler was kind, quick and accommodating. Our girls Tyler and Natoya were the sweetest people we encountered! They took the time to chat with us like old friends and really brightened up the gloomy days by the pool and at the restaurant! Every server we had was so kind and funny. The housekeeping staff made beautiful towel animals and left such sweet notes every day. Each time we passed them in the walkways they said hello with a smile. The Food- the poolside bites were honestly some of the best we had. The chicken tenders are out of this world. Make sure you get your fries extra crispy!! The spring rolls were delicious as well. We never had a bad meal at serenity. Sometimes dinner service was slow, but almost every meal was worth the wait. We never ventured over to coconut bay because we just loved our servers and food quality here at the Greathouse. Chef Lucy made sushi making so fun! Excursions - Our favorites were the Sail & Snorkel and the Hotel Chocolate. Both were so much fun and the staff were great. Each driver we had was so informative and kind - shoutout to Jason and Adrian! We loved hearing their stories about the island on our drive. Adrian made sure we had time to experience the mud baths - another highly recommended trip! If you get carsick, take Dramamine and ask your driver to go slow and the drive really isn’t bad.
