Loved the location. The purpose was Calsbad Caverns and Guadalupe NP's, so there isn't a better place to stay. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. The Cafe was only open until 3, so you'll need to head into Carlsbad for dinner. Staff was friendly enough, but I wouldn't say they go above and beyond.

Nothing special about the place except for its proximity to the caverns and it was quiet. The room was spacious, fairly clean, just a little worn looking.

If you want to stay right next to Carlsbad Caverns, you can't do any better, so credit to them for that. The rooms are big, which is nice. I was really disappointed by the beds. They were big, but the sheets were just the cheapest trash in the world and did not feel soft at all. There was also part of the carpet taped down in my room. I had hopes for the inclusive breakfast, but it's an old-style continental with some cheap carbs and coffee you don't want to drink. Want something else to eat? Well, you're in White's City, so you really don't have any other options. I ended up just eating yogurt from the grocery store. Oh, and definitely hope that no children end up in the room above you because if they do, you will hear them every time they run around.

Room was better than expected. Breakfast could improve. Individual milk and juices should be provided. It is not sanitary to have customers serving themselves out of gallon containers you take out of fridge at put back after pouring a small amount. Towels and sheets are low quality. Motel location to the caverns is perfect.

Bad sheets were dirty with mud and hair. No any store around were open at 6 pm . Couldn’t find dinner around. The place is very close to the park. For this reason we booked but inconvenient

White’s city is the closest lounging near Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico. If you want to stay close to the action, stay here! Great location but be aware the amenities are limited. Gas station, gift shop and diner

Limited breakfast options but what they had filled us up.
This location brings you back to a simpler time and the sunset view is amazing! Pool and splash pad are available during the hotter months. Great spot for your trip to the caverns.

Front desk rep was cordial. Property was fine except that the odor of sewer was obvious from bathroom sink drain. Convenient to Carlsbad Caverns. Breakfast was pretty minimal, cereal, fruit, pastries, coffee and juice.

Sheets were pilled and shower curtain ripped. BUT Vanessa at the front desk is amazing and kind and friendly - she is a gem of an employee.
