Es ist ein Familienbetrieb, es waren alle sehr bemüht und bereit, ihr Wissen über Wein und deren Anbau mit uns zu kommunizieren.Es war ein sehr angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt.

Das Restaurant in der Ziegelhütte ist sehr modern aber auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Speisekarte war etwas übersichtlich jedoch was wir bestellt haben hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt,und war toll angerichtet. Das ganze Anwesen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Frühstück hatte alles was man brauchte. Lecker. Das ganze Team war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße hin was uns aber nicht störte. War sauber und gemütlich. Leider war das Bad nicht ganz so sauber wie man es sich wünscht, die Duschtür hatte schwarze Seifenränder und der Abzug an der Wand sehr verstaubt. Mit ein paar Handgriffen leicht zu reinigen. Schade. Ansonsten fühlten wir uns sehr wohl dort.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und Hilfsbereitschaft. Zimmer waren in Ordnung. An der ein oder anderen Stelle noch Optimierung möglich. Aber das Wichtigste waren die sehr guten Betten und das renovierte Bad. Wirklich top! Das Abendessen war super lecker, frisch und qualitativ. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schon die Begrüßung durch Lucas war bestens, auf dem Weg zum Zimmer hat er unseren Wunsch (Erdgeschoss statt 1. Stock) telefonisch erfüllt. Das HP-Essen war sehr lecker und mehr als reichlich. Deshalb haben wir nur ein Dessert geordert. Die Weinkarte war umfangreich, auch Weine aus dem von uns geschätzten Weingut ALTES SCHLÖSSCHEN aus St. Martin konnten wir bestellen. Und alles noch bezahlbar in schicker Atmosphäre - es wird gerade investiert in ein neues Outfit: sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war sehr umfangreich - uns fehlte es da an nichts! Auch hier sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Senior-Chef und Senior-Chefin lernten wir auch kennen in den drei Tagen. Bessere Gastgeber kann man sich kaum wünschen.
