This was my second stay at this property and I loved it both times. I wish I had booked a second night this time. It's cozy and quiet and the view is great too. I need to come back when it is warmer to enjoy the balcony :) Also worth mentioning is Waters Edge restaurant right down the street!

Our room was dirty and dusty. Trash bags were stored outside our room door. The bed and pillow were hard and uncomfortable. I really don’t complain much, but the Inn has potential. It needs some tender loving care.

First floor room easy to get to. Nice breakfast. Had to move the clock to use my CPAP. The USB charger on the clock doesn’t work. No nightlight in the bathroom. Need to put a sign with an arrow showing where the hotel is located at the base of the hill. GPS got confused and made me make a few turns to find the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay for two days. My only complaint was I wasn't able to bring my cup of coffee back to the room.

It was really quiet and in a very nice place, there were a few things left in our room from previous guests but nothing crazy

I stayed for just one night at the Cod Cove Inn and it was fantastic! Check in was very easy along with the parking situation. The room was a great size, mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The entire room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Will definitely be staying again!

The beds were not much better then sleeping on the floor to be honest. I have stayed in other hotels and Inns that cost the same amout with much nicer beds. Over all the property was well kept and the room was clean.

Our stay was good. The bed was comfortable and the rest of the room was clean. One thing that was really unpleasant was a strong urine/mildew smell in the bathroom. I don’t think I would stay there again, unfortunately.

Modern motel with driveup access (doors lead to the outside). Our second floor room had a balcony with a water view in the distance. Staff was friendly and pointed out local restaurants. Breakfast was decent with the usual cereal/bread options, boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh muffins and wafflemaker. Bed had a firmer mattress than I usually prefer, but was comfortable. Desk had outlets and wifi was strong. Entire room was super clean. Would stay again!
