Loved the location, it is just steps from the Royal Mile and lots of attractions. The Tolbooth Tavern nearby was a great find. The building itself is really good as well. There is are lot of stairs, but also a lot of space which was very good for our famiy stay. The building does need some updates (ie carpet on stairs looks dingy, and there are banged up walls in the stairway is likely from lots of travellers). Overall though we loved the well stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms!! The main living room tv did not work and when I messaged the owner I did not hear back. Minor flaws overall and I would still recommend this property, or stay again.

Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for a big family or 3 couples. Lots of dinnerware, pots and pans. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing stay. We were given arrangements to collect keys from a lock box. This I We have spokenI did but when I arrived at the property there was no fob to open the garage door. I went back to the office to get the fob. Why was it not on the key ring I was given. The flat needs a deep clean. Lots of dust on skirting boards there is black mould on the bathroom ceiling the shower is needing updating. The bed is very uncomfortable. But worst of all is the noise of the trains. Which goes on all night and starts early in the morning.

Great accomodation and excellent situation right by train station and 5min walk to royal mile . Picked up open top bus there .would recommend especially if arriving by train.

We had an amazing stay couldn't fault anything,home from home very cosy the apar**ent had everything we needed,very clean & well presented,stunning views from the balcony. Short walk from the station if you exit towards the car park & stones throw from the royal mile. We would definitely recommend & would stay again.

The apar**ent was clean had everything you needed , including an iron and ironing board . Only downside no instructions on to how to use the oven.

I had booked an apar**ent but we ended up in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse! In a great location, walking distance from Waverley station. Quality furnishings and bedding. Would definitely stay there again.

You are predominately paying for two things here - location and parking. Right in the centre of the city, the location can’t be faulted. The apar**ent however is somewhat dated and cheaply furnished. No outside ventilation in the bathroom makes it very stuffy. It’s also a bit of a squeeze if there are 4 full grown people staying! Good as a base for a short stay.
