Medium size hotel with large room and bathroom. A bit walk from Haymarket station. Nice and friendly staff. The bathroom is quite spacious and the water pressure are high. Clean room and with window.

El hotel es normal, la atención con mala casi nunca hay nadie en la recepción el recepcionista se encarga del restaurante también o casi siempre está fumando afuera.
Estuvimos una semana y no limpian y pusimos el rótulo en la puerta y solo entraron a dejar paños y sacar la basura.
La verdad no nos gustó, lastima por que la habitación está bien para el hotel que es.

環境非常好，房間也很大，距離王子街步行20-25分鐘，到機場和火車站都有輕軌，十分方便。酒店工作人員有問必答，相當Nice。

Dirty room (used take-out container from pervious guest left in room and dirty carpet) and very noisy as well as a really bad smell coming from the kitchen.

What an absolute gem! The team were lovely and so helpful, the rooms are big, the beds comfy and the breakfast excellent. The hotel is ideally located 2 mins from Haymarket Station in a very pretty Georgian street and it's just a 10 mins walk to Princes Street. Recommend!

The room was spacious and cleaned. They have provided extra pillows as well. The hotel was quiet and the staffs were accommodating.

Easy to book at decent price. Room & facilities first class. Great location for transport links and central for access to activities, food, drink and Edinburgh sights.

Decent bed, clean room, quite decent location. Noise heard in bedrooms from corridors is enough to have kept waking me up. Doors were thin. Like being in a standard house. Probably would stay elsewhere next time.

Great location, comfy bed, great view from bedroom. Lack of attention to detail meant I had no soap in shower, and unusable coffee machine . A generally cool casual attitude from staff. Bit more effort would make this a much better experience. Maybe the footfall means they don’t have to try. A shame.
